Back again for like the 5th time

Actually been sticking to a good routine...hopin this is the winner. Need measurements to quantify things as usual.


bpfs - 7.75"
bpel - 7.25"
el - 6.5"
msg - 5 5/8"
 
K just thought I'd stop in and vent about how much I want to measure. I've decided not to measure until I"ve been at it for at least a few months.

Routine

flaccid Stretching

4 - 50sec btc
4 - 50sec straight down (use other hand to push to add tension)
2 - 50sec blasters in each direction (up, down, left, right - kind of an experiment, flaccid hang is crazy after these)

Erect stretching

2 - 50sec blasters in each direction (up, down, left, right - kind of an experiment, flaccid hang is crazy after these)

4 - 60sec straight up
4 - 60sec straight out

Girth

do this for 30 minutes
100 - jelqs
6 - 30 sec squeezes (I start off with ulis and progress to horses and [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words]'s)

I do both mon,tues, stretch only on wed, both thurs, fri then take the weekends off

I try and play by ear if I feel shriveled like ive over worked it a big I take time off until the little guys is ready to go. I also allow myself to play with the routine like some days I do only flaccid stretching or maybe more erect, throw an extra stretch in, etc

So far this routine feels good, I've been at it for about a month and on the time off I'm like a sex machine so blood flow is good. Also flaccid size seems to be increasing; so now I'm hoping erect size gets the hint ;)
 
very disappointing but what the hell. Taking a week or so off to heal, I think I may have fell victim to overtraining yet again. 3rd day off today and the 'hang' is already much better, hopefully things keep improving.
 
So I ditched girth work all together and started hanging. I'm up to 12.5-15 lbs depending on the day. Usually have to drop weight after the first set or two.

bpfl - 7.75 (this is acually a gain of 1/8" b/c my measureing technique was off, I'd be close to 8" if measuring by the old method -- not standing completely straight up)

I heard hanging is ultimate for lenght .. never had bulls to do it ..to be honest i dont have that much privacy either .. .but you never know ;)
 
So I need to correct myself. Due to curiosity I measured a few more times and it appears that

bpfs - 7 and 10/16th

disappointing but better to be accurate and be disappointed later when I actually gain.

Hanging definately seems to have a great potential. The whole privacy thing is difficult. What's nice is you can multitask while doing it or just sit back and what tv. It takes a while to get into it though. I'd reccomend expecting a good month or so before you really know what you're doing and to start reaching fatigue, which is what you want to gain.
