K just thought I'd stop in and vent about how much I want to measure. I've decided not to measure until I"ve been at it for at least a few months.
Routine
flaccid Stretching
4 - 50sec
btc
4 - 50sec straight down (use other hand to push to add tension)
2 - 50sec blasters in each direction (up, down, left, right - kind of an experiment, flaccid hang is crazy after these)
Erect stretching
2 - 50sec blasters in each direction (up, down, left, right - kind of an experiment, flaccid hang is crazy after these)
4 - 60sec straight up
4 - 60sec straight out
Girth
do this for 30 minutes
100 - jelqs

I do both mon,tues, stretch only on wed, both thurs, fri then take the weekends off
I try and play by ear if I feel shriveled like ive over worked it a big I take time off until the little guys is ready to go. I also allow myself to play with the routine like some days I do only flaccid stretching or maybe more erect, throw an extra stretch in, etc
So far this routine feels good, I've been at it for about a month and on the time off I'm like a sex machine so blood flow is good. Also flaccid size seems to be increasing; so now I'm hoping erect size gets the hint
