Read the thread in the hangers forum, it is the pic of the captains wench, you can make one for 10 bucks and little technical know how.

Even a home made BIB is easy for the novice

Yep the the velcro,ace bandage and nylon from wal mart, the clamp from lowes and you will spen less than 10 bucks.

I was able to hang 15lbs with the wench, and I think I could have added somemore to it. Hanging was just not for me. I used a hose clamp instead of a cable clamp, seemed to be more sturdy.
