Should I sleep in the SiliSleeve or in the DuroRing?

If the sleeve is loose, and I mean LOOSE, why not? There's no issue with blood restriction. If you need help with this, we can help you once you have it. If you only wear the sleeve alone, your penis will turtle or retract right into the sleeve. This is why a bit of TheraBand or similar materials to create traction between each end to prevent the slippage between the skin and the silicone sleeve.

Wow so awesome you are starting SRT. It always brings joy to my heart when a brother starts SRT as I know they will make incredible gains. Start out from the beginning and eventually graduate into the more hardcore version. I will pray for you in Jesus name.

@huge-girth @oldandlively @DLD I have some more questions.

1. How long should I wear the SiliRing after my evening/nighttime girth work sessions? I will take the SiliRing off to sleep, and I'll be wearing the SiliSleeve all day starting right after my morning length session.

2. Should I be 100% erect for erect jelqs?

3. How erect should I be for squash jelqs?

4. How do you recommend I maintain erections during girth work? I have a feeling it might be difficult because I won't be aroused, and I don't really want to use adult entertainment or dick pills to keep hard during these sessions.

5. How hard do I need to squeeze for normal jelqs?

6. How hard do I need to squeeze for squash jelqs?

1. How long should I wear the SiliRing after my evening/nighttime girth work sessions? I will take the SiliRing off to sleep, and I'll be wearing the SiliSleeve all day starting right after my morning length session.

40 minutes (average time for cells' gap void to flag duplication processes) to 60 minutes (optimal time for the initial cell wall initial repairs). Long, the better, but only if you're comfortable.

2. Should I be 100% erect for erect jelqs?

Only if you can. If you can't, minimum of 80% erected volume. Meaning, you should achieve at 80% of the erected blood volume if you even if you're at flaccid state while jelqing. erect jelqing does help to strengthen the micro valves in the veins if it's done right.

3. How erect should I be for squash jelqs?

You don't have to be. As long as you can achieve between 75% to 100% of the blood volume when you're erected. You're using the blood volume to act as compression and expansion through the process of ballooning. SSJ is about focused positive ballooning method using hydraulic pressure with your blood. You don't have to be erected while doing SSJ. C-jelqs, regular jelqs, or even angion method. Not so much for SSJ.

4. How do you recommend I maintain erections during girth work? I have a feeling it might be difficult because I won't be aroused, and I don't really want to use adult entertainment or dick pills to keep hard during these sessions.

During pumping, yes. During jelqing, yes. During SSJ, don't have to. if you need extra help, use a restrictive band, such as a cock ring or a medical constrictor band for blood drawing or for blood vessel detection on the arms. Just do be careful.

5. How hard do I need to squeeze for normal jelqs?

Depending on where you are in the entire PE journey. As a rookie, very lightly to moderately. As a intermediate PE-er, moderate to slightly high. As veteran, you're choking it like you're killing a python.

6. How hard do I need to squeeze for squash jelqs?

Just like #5, it's where you are in the entire journey. Start light, building up endurance. This can be anywhere between 2 to 3 months. After 3 months, increase to moderate pressure. If you have to compare, the feeling should be around 6inHg to 7inHg in the pump. Killing your manhood in the higher send is anything way up in the 8inHg towards 12inhg.

That sounds good. I suggest you go an hour at a time. This way you can adjust and remain tight.
2. Should I be 100% erect for erect jelqs?

I always did all erect girth work. I always start at 100 and it eventually settles into the 90 percent erect. This is where flexibility and erect strength become intertwined with each other.
3. How erect should I be for squash jelqs?

SSJ start at 100% erect and settle into the 90% area. SSJ always needs flexibility so you can squash it properly
4. How do you recommend I maintain erections during girth work? I have a feeling it might be difficult because I won't be aroused, and I don't really want to use adult entertainment or dick pills to keep hard during these sessions.

If you have a wife or a significant other take pictures of them and use that for inspiration. I am like you, I hate adult entertainment and refuse to watch it. I always used pictures of my wife or girlfriend to keep me going and it definitely works.
5. How hard do I need to squeeze for normal jelqs?

I squeeze pretty damn hard and that is my way but you may be different. You want in tight enough to get maximum blood flow to the penis. Play around to find your tolerance.
6. How hard do I need to squeeze for squash jelqs?
Tight as possible as you want heavy blood flow to have plenty of blood in the penis to see their full potential

Thanks for the answers brothers!

Regarding #4 (staying hard enough during girth work) @oldandlively I think I'll use a looser cock ring for jelqs and SSJ if I'm having trouble staying at 80% erect or above, and use a tighter one post session to heal in that state.

@DLD I ordered some stuff from the MoS Shop. Is there a way I can expedite shipping even though I already made the order?

No. Orders immediately get sent out daily. To be honest it is not a huge wait between the two.

I'm back after over a year hiatus. Will start from square 1 again tomorrow. Time to get out the lengthmaster and get back to it. I'm going to get length to where I want and am seriously considering the Himplant surgery for girth instead of doing girth work once I get the length to where I want it. Has anyone gotten the Himplant or know someone who has?

Yes. A few. One of 40 patients reported major irritation and required removal. Others that only chase after an inch or less reported nothing critical. Still too early in the initial 2-year period to notice anything major. For those who actually have ED, it does help to provide confidence after the first 4 months of proper healing. But again, the constant feeling of a lengthened, unnatural state during cold days, or just in a cool environment, causes quite a bit of discomfort—something to check up on and balance the ideas vs ideal conditions with.
