so after a conversation with Shortdick and longth. about attitude around penis enlargement. i came to the conclusion that the info that we shared was too valuable not to share with the rest of the brothers on this forum.
in the following example i will try to illustrate the difference on how valuable the right mindset is and how destructive the wrong one can be
2 guys decides to quit smoking at the same time.
both stays clean for 21 days. but then they take the bait. and smoke 1 cigaret.
guy 1. admits his defeat. and is being hard on himself.
"how could i do this to myself. i have failed.
i will never accomplish anything"
guy 2. sees this as a minor set back. and he pads himself on the shoulder for the 21 days of staying clean. the inner dialog goes something like:
"oh well i took 1 smoke. and i fucking enjoyed it.
i just went 21 days motherfucking clean! that means that im 21 days ahead of before. so i fell in. took a cigaret and now i got the strenght to go at it again. this time im gonna give it my best.
guy nr1 sees failure.
guy 2 see's victory.
guy 1 will release the bad chemicals in his brain (which is addictive and will create a negative spiral)
guy 2. will release the good stuff in his brain. and become happy and on top of the world. he will be more happy, more relaxed, sleep better and he will have more energy for the next period of not smoking.
now which one are you?
people don't value their own efforts and they never give themself credit.
this turns into the body stopping giving yourself the happy chemicals that it is hiding,
which literally results in lag of motivation. things to appear pointless even depression!
so start celebrating every victory you have. don't let yourself down over a bad workout.
appreciate the fact that even after a hard day lag of motivation and the penis being a bitch.
you still fucking did your workout.
as this becomes habbit. it becomes powerfull. resulting in you getting addicted to success.
so my brothers. stop bashing your self. be proud and gains will come in all aspects of life!
