Wow, a lot of people here do not like the BIB. I think the main problem is that Bib never did any tutorial videos, which, in my opinion, would have been tremendously helpful and would have saved guys a lot of time trying to figure that thing out. There is definitely a learning curve, that is for sure. Fortunately, for me, because of the extensive reading I did, I was able to figure it out pretty quickly. I never had a serious problem with it, to be honest. I completely mastered it and was able to coach many guys with their
hanging.
I agree with most guys here about the product being outdated. Today, there are far more advanced, professionally-made equipment on the market, that there really is no need for the Bib. I gained a little using it, but the majority of the gains I made through
hanging were not with the BIB itself, but with my own homemade
Hanger that I designed with PVC. I gained a total of 3/4 inch through
hanging, and one full inch through manuals (newbie gains), so 1 3/4" total. I will measure again at the end of March, I am sure I will see some increase in length by then.
Anyway, at the time, it was pretty solid if you knew how to use it properly, but today it would be at the bottom of the list. Extenders are best for dedicated tunica stretch, in my opinion. The BIB sucks for that. The only thing I would recommend the BIB for would be stretching the ligs, because it can handle a good deal of
weight. But in my honest opinion, any
Hanger can do that, even a homemade one. So yeah, the BIB days are far gone. PE has come a very long way since then.
