Look at their "in the news" section. It's bullshit, they were never in the news! Also, night time is for erections (not the best time to be trying to stretch). Hell, it isn't even listed on Amazon. The site seems quite fishy at best.

It's all fake from what I have been able to conclude. Found a couple of sites that talked about it being fake. Someone is just making fun Penis Enlargement devices and what not. Pretty dumb if you ask me...but what ever gets their rocks off (site creator I am speaking of).
