an unusual and probably stupid question

i have always wondered whether one's genetic code for penis size comes from the father's side or mother's side? (obviously, i'm talking about the men in the mother's family, like maybe her father.) does the medical field even know this yet? just curious.

I don;t believe this is true i have never seen it documented if so show me just curious....also my mums dad had a full head of hair when i he died , my dad is bald as well as his dad but my dads brother is not..I believe its just fucking random bad luck.

In both my high school and college biology classes they've taught me that MPB is linked to the mother's side. Just b/c your mom's dad is bald, doesn't necessarily mean you're going to lose your hair tough, as genetics is basically like a craps game. You have to roll the dice several times before you get the correct genetic combination for a certain trait...

I have to believe the male pattern "smallness" or "largeness" comes from the father as most mens body structures emulate their fathers.

You are all assuming that total penis size is only controlled by a single gene, when in fact I would wager that quite a few codons are involved in the final outcome. Realistically it's a combination of both sides. Nobody directly inherits a penis from another family member.

I remember from one of my classes that there is actually a fight between the male and female genes to see how big the baby will get. It was thought that if you had a large baby themale side won, and if you had a small baby the female side won. I'm not sure if they have done anymore research on it since I took that class but it was pretty interesting.

Well it could genetically similar to height, where u inherit it from both parents, and ends up being a combination of the two. I know my father has a huge dick (don't ask me how I know, lmao), and my grandfather on my mother's side has a tiny dick (according to my mother, again, no questions please). And I was given a 5.75 x 4.5 twig (which is much bigger now ). So who knows how u get it.
