I've noticed a bit of abrasion from all the dryness using the vac [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. I'm taking my first day of rest from it just to let things get back to reasonable levels of ugly. I never used the tape that came with it, but I see why it was included now.
I'm thinking of maybe going with gauze or something like regular scotch tape over the urethra to see if that helps. But I am hoping to get some tips from the massive knowledge base here. Hasn't hurt too bad, but it isn't good to see damage in your pee hole.
