alternative to hanging if i have low LOT?

is there an alternative to manual stretching,along the lines of hanging(same sort of benefits),for someone who has a low lot?that needs to target the stretches upwards?forgive me if this is a stupid question,justr wondering cos manual stretching is gettin a little boring,just want somethin new to try to spice things up.

If you hang sitting in an office chair or the like, you can sit backwards, and have the weight hanging over the top part. Just a thought.
