alternative to glans cap

My glans cap has become worn out. It no longer fits snugly on my head, its too stretched and has a loose feel to it. I see the autoextender uses tape for the glans. And what kind of tape is that exactly? Also wondering if just wrapping over the glans with pre wrap would accomplish the same effect.

I don't think you need the cap to be honest bro as long as you're not overdoing the vacuum. Or you don't think a condom could work?

Yeah that makes sense. Seems a lot of guys don't use the glans cap at all. I haven't had any fluid build up yet so maybe I can work myself up to not needing it.
