I don't see it listed, but it is getting worse like cold chillies and fever to the point my ear lobes are on flames.

Yeah, I just went to the doctor and they had to put me on a iv and give me steroids and antibiotics. I feel a little better Thank God, but the bill for the hospitals are outrageous these days

I hope everything is alright. You could Google about the incredients of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Titan[/words] pills and see if some of those could produce the symptoms you got.
Smitty said it well; if it's the only new thing in your "diet", it's best to put it aside for the time being and check up on it later. A shame, as you wrote about good sides you got from the pills.
I hope it isn't from the pills AND I hope it is nothing else than something quick and easily treatable!

As of right now my whole body is covered with red dots and it's not poison ivy according to the doctor it's a allergic reaction to something in my diet. Right now I am taking prednisone prescribed by the doctor.

Ingredient wise yohimbe is one of the very potent ones in the mix and it has caused some men trouble by itself.
Viagra is an option. But from supplemental side there are certain things you can try by themselves from [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]TiTan[/words] pills; Maca is one for sure.
After Maca, Horny Goat weed and lastly the arginine, which I would suggest "replacing" with L-Citrulline.
Maca powder isn't too expensive. It must be cycled, let's say you take it daily for a month, then take a week off or so. There are good guidelines out there.
Horny Goat weed I haven't personally tried yet, although I bought Horny goat weed tea, waiting for it to arrive.
L-Citrulline might be the "cheapest" of the supplements I've mentioned so far. Buy in powder form, it can be taken with juice. The taste isn't so bad. Maca in the other hand isn't great in taste.
My suggestion is to get a capsule maker machine. I have one that allows me to fill 24 size 00 capsules easily; it has helped me tremendously! So much easier to stick with certain supplements when you can fill a capsule and have one or two.
I'm running Ashwagandha for the moment, it's pretty good. I had the powder for a while but I was unable to use it due to the harsh taste of it. (It would taste through in juice or yoghurt.)

This time I am deciding on making my own natural supplements. I will eventually want to try to mix different ingredients into one capsule.

Taking Maca especially in cycles is important. I would say quite many herbs (or supplements) are best used that way. In a daily routine a multivitamin is fine, but of course well planned meals can take care of many things.
I don't know about mixing several herbs to one capsule, so far I've only mixed ashwhagandha to one capsule and those were quite fine; I am not doing a cycle for a moment though.
Considering the price of the capsules, I would make one with Maca and other one with Horny Goat Weed.
A gram scale can help with the dosage, actually, that's what you'll need for more precise dosing. There's guidelines how much mg each 0 or 00 or 000 capsule holds, but it's somewhat guessing game I would say.
Always good to start with somewhat low and safe dose, easier to add more if needed but damn difficult to remove more than needed from the system once it is in.
Activated charcoal is a binder for those occasions, if you feel you've had too much.
I would say go with a good quality Maca from the start, I think the cycle is about 3 weeks on, one week off; there's a build up which after the effects of Maca won't be so strong.
Maca is quite all-around supplement, so it's relatively "easier" than Horny Goat Weed which is more of "just" an aphrodisiac. (OK, my previous post said about month on Maca, week off; yeah, it's an individual thing.)
I am currently using some flower pollen which is quite loaded with everything, in principle of the Swedish Flower Pollen.

It's the yohimbe! I would about guarantee it! It seems to be a problem, with a lot of people. I have had issues myself. If I take a low dose, I'm ok.....at higher doses, I feel like I'm going to die! I had the cold sweats, feeling feverish, the shakes, my heart was was racing........bad deal! The reason for that, is because it's a stimulant........if a person was allergic, I'd say one would feel even worse.......but, if I take low doses, it actually gives me a nice energy boost, and does wonders for blood flow!! I've been having some erection quality trouble, which we believe is due to low test, waiting on blood work results, but, by taking a mix, of that, horney goat weed, maca, l-arginine, and tribulus, I've about cured myself! Last night, when the wife was "needy"...... Oh my God..........it got so hard it was hurting. The combination, is something I've been buying........ I get it at Fred's pharmacy, $8 for 60, I think......it's called horney goat weed complex. It's some really good stuff!! Now, all that being said, I guess something else could've been causing your issues, but I doubt it. I really would doubt the l-arginine, because all it is, is an amino acid, that is actually naturally in your body to start with. The worst reaction I've heard of, from taking it, is some temporary stomach cramps, and diarrhea.
