It's believable, based on the plasticity of the tissues. Some people actually have acromegaly, where there's a rush of growth hormone rush causing everything or specific thing to change rapidly. It's rare, and it has been document to some level where sudden limbs grow exponentially past the adulescent stages. Penis is one of the many "limbs".

At this moment, there is no video for the bundled expressive stretching. I removed the mandingo stretches because, that exercise is best done with your barehands.

Just want to clarify, that stretch you were doing called Mandingo Stretch, where its bundled only to the left and right, seems like quite an effective exercise, does this exercise not have a place in the progression?

Apologies for the delayed reply. The mandingo stretches is.more effective when done with your bare hands. It has a place in the progression but you should do it with your bare hands.
