I found this video. And realized that i wanted to share it.

I also realized that this is above beginners level.

If you dont have s basic concept of macro nutrients. Metabolism. Etc.

This thread will do you more harm than good.

But these guys says some stuff that is just fucking truth being spoken.

And i see this as some of the best coaching i have seen on the internet.

I will add stuff to this thread in the future. And just use it as my opinion on things worth to know

please remember when reading this. that this is my advanced thread. what im about to say is not for the feign of heart. or the people who haven't learned to train nurture and care for their body (no steroids and a high pr in bench is not enough to impress me)

training while injured
the general rules has to be made so the most stupid individual can understand them.

when you break something. a casked is usually applied around the bone.

and no movement is the cure.

however. this is not the fastest way!

by moving the limb. in the comfort zone (we don't wanna hit the point of pain)

actually. muscles will stay longer helping to support the bone. and making the recovery period after. a lot shorter.

also blood circulation will be improved. and therefore the recovery time.

now this concept is still a topic to be discussed. and there is still different oppinions from doctors etc

my own experience. this method is the prefered one. and i have more than once asked not to be put into a casket due to a break. and my recovery was stunningly fast!

check it out. do your own research. and prove me wrong :)
