Ok, I'm not a doctor (I will be in a few years, but that's not my point). We have talked about Viagra/Cialis in my Cell Bio class, and they do completely different things in the process of dilating blood vessels. In words most would understand: Viagra prevents dilated blood vessels from going back and Cialis continually produces what dilates the blood vessels. However, while they may work on different parts of this pathway, I would say it is not good to take them at the same time. If you really think you need both, I would talk to a doctor. Just my opinion from my limited knowledge on the subject.
