Afew Pointers For A Newbie

Hey this is my first ever thread posted. I am new to all of this and I was wondering if I could get afew pointers like.

Once I have reached my successful size and stop the stretches will it go away or stay.

How long should I hold the stretches for?

Could someone share some effective ones for me?

How often should I do the stretches?

If any of these could be answerd for me that would be great.

1. Yes they will stay, but just in case you should 'cement' them by still doing stretches but much lesser for month or two more is better
2. I hold 50 sec plus always
3. Most effective are down stretches, they attack ligs and they produce quick results length wise

Are the BTC stretches where you rest a leg on a table at a 90degree angle with your other foot standing straight and then stretch under the leg at 90degrees to the left and the right and so on?????
