Currently I am doing a pretty intense girth routing. Clamping and jelqing several times a day.
In addition I am using light cockrings of sort to stay engorged throughout the day.
When I incorperate manual stretching i am noticing this is squeezing some of the temporary girth out. I am doing girthwork right after stretching and getting it back.
If my main goal right now is girth, will this stretching hinder this, help this, or be neutral?
