I dunno man, that thing looks pretty huge. I dont know if your planning on wearing it out of the house or not, but Im pretty sure you wouldnt be able to without it being obvious that you have something large and non-falic in your pants. Noose styles are ok, as is the website there, it's an old yahoo design, you can see that in their Y! icon in the URL.

The thing is huge though. It's way too big and looks like it'd only work in a straight out position. Don't get one, it'd have to be awful compared to better designs.

Using a noose, keep an eye out for your head color ... don't let it get too weird. Take a break occasionally ... don't go for hours at a time unless you work up to and and know what you're doing.

Also try multiple attachement methods for the noose.

By itself, it's going to loop right around the bottom of top of the glans (if that makes any sense) and you're going to get raw/sore there after a while.

If you also have another method of attachment, say a cushioning wrap of some kind, the loop will wrap around that lower down than the other way and give your glans a break. Using multiple attachment methods allows you to do more time without getting raw or sore from the noose always being in the same spot.

ps ... I have to recommend the Auto [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Extender[/words]. I use that and an elastic noose, but have gone about 90% to the Auto [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Extender[/words] lately.
