09.09.23- Took the day off from using the Lengthmaster 3 and did extending only for 5h30mins.

Gotta admit I’ve struggled a bit with the motivation part lately, feel like I need to see some proper gains soon to keep it going. Maybe I’ll just measure today and see if there are any definitive gains, I mean I’ve been doing PE now for almost 4 months straight or even longer, and going hard at it.

Just need to see my dick at that 19,5 cm mark, or maybe even better at that 20 cm mark. This forum, my house, my dog, my working out, my fasting and my meditation is all I’ve got to keep going in life. Absolutely zero social life, as much as I hate admitting it. But that’s to expect when all people I’ve hung out with were junkies and drug abusers.

NOT feeling sorry for myself though, just a bit tired of this whole thing called life at times. Life just ain’t the same after having lived the type of life I’ve lived. Heck, sex isn’t even the same after having had sex on ecstacy, cocaine, amphetamines and even when high as those drugs sure do make sex feel even 100 times better. NEVER EVER do what I did though you’ll just ruin normal sex by having sex on amphetamines especially.

So trust me. Working on yourself is the best you can do in life. You will gain so much from that. Personally I don't want to be avarage.

I need to start meditate. If you have time and want to, please write about that. I want to learn that.
Meditation is actually pretty simple all you have to do is focusing on your breath with your eyes closed.
It should be slow and controlled breathing in and out through your nose.

Start by sitting comfortable in a chair, back straight and shoulders a tiny bit forward leaning.

You want to start by filling your stomach with air first then your upper rib cage and all the way until you feel your collar bones rising up as well. When you have completely filled your lungs with air then hold your breath for 3-5 seconds before breathing out slowly and controlled. Breathing in and out should take you like 4-5 seconds each.

When all the air is out of your lungs you then hold your breath again for 3-5 seconds before breathing in, slowly, again.
It takes some practice to really control your breathing, making it go slowly and controlled, completely filling up your lungs from the stomach and all the way up to your collar bone. But after a while it becomes easy and natural to breathe like that.

Do this for at least 10 min though even better if you can do it for at least 20 mins or more. As you get better at it it becomes easier to meditate for longer periods of time. We as humans are made to breath through our nose as it calms down the central nervous system by doing so. Because I have been meditating for so many years breathing in and out through my nose has become automatic and natural for me.

Really reccommend you trying it out as it improves our cognitive function, boosts growth hormone production and increases neuroplasticity. It can also function as if you’re taking a power nap, feeling refreshed and full of calm energy after meditating.

I want you to understand that, time will always come when you will feel like giving up. It happens to everyone and not just once but many times throughout your journey. Just do all you can to train for at least 6 months before measuring. No matter what, do not give up brother.

This is almost identical to the meditation I've been reading about on my path to Buddhism. I've always struggled with my thoughts racing and not being able to maintain the breathing rate. How did you become acclimated into this routine?
