I would not be able to do everything in one go, due to soreness in the penis skin.
I did it, wuhuu! But yes there was some soreness of the skin and I’m really, really feeling it in my underarms though will repeat it again a bit later today.

Also kinda contemplating doing a girth routine in the evenings by doing the 5x5x3 but most likely I’ll just stick to using the LM3. Too damn tired in the evenings after a long day of being constantly active. But my thought process is that the pumping will just boost my length gains even more since I fill up the tube so nicely.
 
Did it all in one session yesterday. 12x5 min of BTC-B stretches, took me a total time of 2 hours and 2 minutes and that’s 10 min of Ball & Lig stretch included.

Will repeat it todays as well despite some skin soreness and my underarms being a bit sore as well.

When the evening comes I will also see if I have the energy in me(just gotta drink even more coffee) to do the 5x5x3 as well.

After watching the video squirt_inducer_man posted of DLD/Guru explaining the SSJ I realized doing them can aid in me gaining both length and girth. And since I fill up the 2 inch MityVac tube the pumping will also aid in gaining length.

You will benefit by splitting up the session. The elongation healing between the sessions and stretching multiple times per day, will aid in gaining faster. It's better to do 2 x 30 minute sessions, then just one session of 60 minutes.
Personally I do 2 sessions at 20 minutes each per day with, 3:1 (3 days on, 1 day rest).
If you are stretching hard, it will be enough.


Stretch... rest and keep it elongated....stretch rest and keep it elongated.
Remember that elongation healing (the rest) is as important as the stretching itself. Everything is written in the SRT.
From having loose underwear, or no underwear at all, to elongation healing, and expansion healing (girthwork).

I never let my penis turtling during the day, I always use my penis elongation wrap on me.

Ok, I’ll listen to you and split it up either doing 8x5 BTC-B stretches in the AM and 4x5 min in the PM, or split it evenly as in 6x5 min AM and the same in the PM. Wanna keep going for the full 60 min still.

Though contemplating doing 2 sets of SSJ and pumping in both the AM and PM session, must ponder how much time I wanna put in to this. I might just end up doing the stretching only, though I’ve always had luck in gaining length with pumping, hence me being so adamant about doing it too.
 
Did my one session of 12x5 min BTC-B stretches yesterday as well, though after some advice from brother @squirt_inducer_man I’ll be splitting my routine up once again doing 8x5 min BTC-B stretches in the AM and 4x5 min in the PM.

One thing I think I’m adding today is doing 2 sets of SSJ and pumping after each Lengthmaster 3 session. I’m in a rush to gain both length and girth as I’ve set a timeframe on doing intense PE work until the 15’th of June next year when turning 41. After that, as long as I’ve hopefully gained some and feel satisfied with my new size, I’ll be doing maintenance only.
 
Did a split routine yesterday. AM routine 6x5 min BTC-B stretches finished off with 2x5 min sets of SSJ/pumping.
PM routine 6x5 min BTC-B stretches.

Not too sure I’ll keep on doing the SSJ/pumping for now, will see when I do my AM routine in a little while. Going for 8x5 min of BTC-B stretches on that one, and maybe 3x5 min of SSJ/pumping. PM routine will be 4x5 min of BTC-B stretches.

One thing I’ve learned from my years of doing PE on and off again, is that I need to go hard as when I used an extender I had to go at least 7-8 hours a day wearing it to finally get some gains.
And with the Bathmate I had to stay in the pump for at least 10 min straight at full pressure before I finally gained length from doing so.

That’s at least my reasoning for stretching the full 60 min each day and maybe doing 3 sets of SSJ/pumping as well.
 
Aahh fuck it, think I’m gonna stick to doing length work only for now, yes I’m very indecisive when it comes to SSJ/pumping as I want both length and girth gains soooo bad.

Though I’m thinking now that I’ll do 6x5 min BTC-B stretches once in the AM and once in the PM. Splitting it evenly 30 min total of stretching each session.

On a sidenote I need to log on later in the day as well as it seems it’s a bit more active on here then. Just sitting here writing/talking to myself at the moment, hahaha.

Keep in mind that you will probably gain girth as well when doing lengthwork. That has been the experiences from some brothers here on MOS.

Yeah, that would be great. Was thinking my girth would become bigger from pulling that inner penis out. It kinda looks girthier already after doing the BTC-B stretches. Sorry for straying away from your guidance temporarily, just got a bit too eager.

Sticking to two 20 min BTC-B sessions from now on. The 40 min sessions was just too much anyways.
 
Did my split routine yesterday as well one AM 40 min BTC-B stretch session followed by the 5x5x3 which took me to a total of 2h15min which is just way too much PE time especially considering I don’t do rest days.

PM session 20 min of BTC-B stretches.

Sticking to doing two 20 min sessions from now on, as I want to follow the guidance of @squirt_inducer_man exactly.
Hoping to get as good gains as he already has.
 
Kettlebell, leg workout time. Will see how many sets I get in with the LM3 after that. Almost feel bad that I only did 20 min of BTC-B stretches in my first session for the day.

20 minutes is a great amount of time to do behind the cheeks.
 
Took Saturday and Sunday off though did my split routine on Friday concisting of: AM routine 20 min BTC-B stretches and PM routine consisted of 30 min of BTC-B stretches.

Will play around with total stretching time, like today I think I’m going for the full 60 min split up with one 30-40 min one and one 20-30 min one as well.

Wearing my Silisleeve whenever I can.
 
@Abdiel Bull Berg, the goal is not to bundle as much as possible, but to create the most intensity possible that are sustainable during a long time.

But you need to increase the intensity exponentially as you progress. This was the reason I needed to get into a new bundled position.

This is my last session for the day, and I don't need to bundle as much as I did in my first session. The intensity is really strong, even with less bundles.
 
Only got one session in yesterday. 30 min of BTC-B stretches and 2x5 min pump/SSJ.

I just can’t let go of not pumping, will see when I do my first routine of the day in if I just go for 40 min of stretches and then be too tired to even bother with pumping.

Learned one valuable lesson though: Water based lube is no bueno for pumping. Need to order some better lube. So just ordered me some coconut/water based lube, hope I’ll do better with that especially considering the price of it.

Edit: since I just can’t let go of pumping I’m going to stick to doing it only once per day, in the AM routine while doing 40 min of BTC-B stretches at first then pump/SSJ. That way at least my 20 min PM routine will be for length only.
Though will have to see how I feel after 40 min of intense stretching.

Btw doing 1,5 bundles really upped the intensity feeling of the stretch, almost at one point thought I was going to pull my dick straight off of my body. Intense stuff.

Also thought about my lofty goal of getting to 9 inches and come to the conclusion that I think I’ll be more than happy with 8,5 BPEL and 6 inch girth. If I do get to 9 inches though, I won’t exactly complain. But as of now I just want to have the longest and thickest penis I possibly can have which means I have to pump too, though I still wear my Silisleeve after the sessions where I did pumping too as I’m primarily focusing on length ATM.
