I have been told when cementing length you should go 0.5 inch above your target length (in BPEL). So you can go up to 10 inch BPEL, and then stop stretching hard. And keep a maintenance program in place for life = Just to keep your penis healthy.
Girth I believe can be diffrent for diffrent people. I kept all my girthgains (EG) from Bathmate pumps (I only did regular downward Jelq's). I did just stop. I believe I had newbie gains with Bathmate as well.
But I believe girthwork is somwhat more tricky, because at least with Bathmate pumps, I experienced the temporary gains last a really long time, and when you do girthwork every day, you can belive the TEMPORARY gains are permanent.
To take a correct measurment you should stop girthwork for some days and then measure your EG.
This was my program:
5 minutes in Bathmate pump, and 3 minutes Jelq's. x 3 sets.
Sometimes I went with 10 minutes in the pump on my last set.
But as I know now, the
Girth Program: 5x5x3 is the only program you should do for girth.
But If you are consistent, your gains will cement themselves.
