Just a picture of how it looks with my wrap on, got a double layer of Thera-band under the top wrap.
So far I've experiened zero pinching or no form of slippage so I think and hope I'm doing things the right way.
You are really lean. The kettlebells and your diet are really doing their duty.

Was wondering when I would hear from you again brother, have given an update a few days ago though you must have missed it. Already have it packed down in a box ready for shipping to you, just need your address as mentioned earlier.

Did my split routine yesterday of 4x5 min straight down bundled stretches once in the morning and once at night.

After each routine I wore my Silisleeve for 1-2 hours afterwards to cement any potential gains. I can finally wear the Silisleeve after having stopped pumping for now, as my penis just got to fat to wear it when pumping.

On my evening routine at my last 5 min set my underarms were so tired that they basically started shaking, haha, not only is the LM3 a superb tool for gaining length but also a superb tool for building my underarms even stronger and more muscular, which I don’t mind at all.

Also I’m already starting to notice a longer and fuller hang 24/7 from using the LM3, taking that as a good sign of future gains to come.
 
Did my split routine yesterday as well even though I was very tired in the PM session.

4x5 min straight down, bundled stretches once in the AM and once in the PM, and wore my Silisleeve for an hour or two after each session. Will try to use my Silisleeve even more hours today and also when I take my pre-workout cold shower.

I must admit though that it’s quite hard getting the Thera-band really tight onto my penis though I believe I get it tight enough as I really feel the stretch in my inner penis as well, almost feels like I’m going to pull my penis off of my body.

Used to miss the pumping part only a few days ago but now not so much as I have really quickly learned to love using the LM3 on it’s own. Now I’m sitting here writing and responding while caffeinating myself after a 45 min morning walk with my beloved Cane Corso bitch, all while getting ready to do my AM routine.

Do you put the Thera-Band® on a roll to make it easier to wind it on your penis.
I use 2 pieces and the first pice (the smaller one), I put on the paper roll from the PENIS WRAPPING TAPE, in order to get the first layer smooth.
That is: I wind the Thera-Band® from the paper roll.

The second Thera-Band® piece I do not have on a roll. I'm just stretching that to make it as smooth as possible. The second Thera-Band® isn't as long as the first piece.

Dimensions of the THERABAND pieces:
The firstly applied: 6 cm x 23 cm (~ 2.4" x 9").
The second applied: 8,5 cm x 17 cm (~ 21.6" x 6.7").

Ok, I understand will find a fitting roll and give it a go. Will also cut my Thera-band to more fitting pieces as I now have just folded it length wise making it a double layer of the same length(20 cm length 6 cm wide).

Also as you can see from my wrapping picture I have very little foreskin that’s why it’s always retracted/pulled back though I’m not cut, just little foreskin as said. Hope this won’t hinder me in gaining.
I don’t think it will as I really feel the pull and stretch in my whole penis and have a longer and fuller flaccid hang all day long even without the Silisleeve on.

This is the mindset you need. It doesn't matter how we feel. We do what we are supposed to do, and have promised ourself. The future will be wonderful if we keep the dicipline going. Not always easy.
But we do it. What are we otherwise supposed to do?

Yeah, exactly, what else are we supposed to do? It’s already just become a part of my M.B.D lifestyle as I get a guilty conscience if I don’t do it.

Meditation twice a day, long walks with my beloved Cane Corso bitch, 1 hour grueling workouts everyday, stretching the muscles, cold showers and twice a day PE all for the betterment of my M.B.D.

And yes, I will do my best to cement those gains, not completely sure how to do it though guess I’ll just have to keep on PE’ing for a while to make those gains permanent. Though if you got any tips or pointers on how to cement I’m all ears.

I’ve found the thickest sleeve to be just a tiny bit too big for my penis head making it retract a little into the sleeve though the second thickest one makes my penis head turn blue after about 30 min of wearing it so I put that sucker over a Gillette shaving cream can for about 8 hours hoping it’ll be wide enough now to not make my penis head turn blue.

Also, I’m contemplating just doing one routine a day and just do the whole 40 min of stretching in one sitting, though I kinda like doing the split routine so have to ponder on that for a little while or just try it out today. Time will tell.

I have been told when cementing length you should go 0.5 inch above your target length (in BPEL). So you can go up to 10 inch BPEL, and then stop stretching hard. And keep a maintenance program in place for life = Just to keep your penis healthy.

Girth I believe can be diffrent for diffrent people. I kept all my girthgains (EG) from Bathmate pumps (I only did regular downward Jelq's). I did just stop. I believe I had newbie gains with Bathmate as well.

But I believe girthwork is somwhat more tricky, because at least with Bathmate pumps, I experienced the temporary gains last a really long time, and when you do girthwork every day, you can belive the TEMPORARY gains are permanent.

To take a correct measurment you should stop girthwork for some days and then measure your EG.

This was my program:
5 minutes in Bathmate pump, and 3 minutes Jelq's. x 3 sets.
Sometimes I went with 10 minutes in the pump on my last set.

But as I know now, the Girth Program: 5x5x3 is the only program you should do for girth.

But If you are consistent, your gains will cement themselves.

Yes Sir, was something like that I had imagined in my mind though did not know I should go 0,5 inches above my goal to cement. And a maintenance program I will most definitely do, would be a real shame to lose those gains one has worked so hard for.

I’m thinking I’ll just do some light pumping and maybe some stretches everyday for a few minutes to keep it all as I find pumping, with the MityVac especially, quite enjoying and fun to do.
