Progress thread Abdiel’s routine and progress thread.

So did my split routine today as well did my original 6 sets 1 min hold bundled stretches and 2x5 min pumping wearing my siliring for 1 hour after as my morning routine.

Second routine was with the LM3 4x5 min hold bundled stretches. My wrapping technique is far from perfect yet though I managed to wrap it good enough to make it work with double theraband and the bandage over it, just fastened it using the velcro that was on the bandage after cutting of a 20 cm long piece, just as long as the Thera-band that came with the LM3.

Never ever have I felt my whole penis getting pulled as hard as before, felt like I was pulling both my ligs and inner penis, and also remembered angeling it correctly taking the pressure of off my penis head. So all in all it went as good as can be expected for my first time using the LM3. I really still feel that my penis got a workout as I write this.

Can’t wait to use it again tomorrow and btw put my MityVac away for now, as said before I’ll only focus on length with the LM3 for many months. And thank you very much again for all your guidance on how to actually use it, wrapping and all.
Your videos and explanations really made my first go at this that much easier.

That means a lot coming from you. Now I’m just getting ready to do my second round with it, I was unfortunately a weak man yesterday and drank 4 beers and popped a Valium(which I never normally take) and totally overslept.

Throwing away the rest of those nasty pills and no more drinking again even though I drank «only» 4 beers. I’ve had those shitty pills just in case I should have trouble sleeping again, which I haven’t had a problem with at all for many years since I’m so active with doing different things, making me dead tired when the night comes.

Just being totally transparent as I feel like I can be so on this forum and with this brotherhood. The funny thing is I don’t even like alcohol like that nor do I like getting drunk or being around drunk people. It’s just that the weather was so nice, warm and sunny yesterday that I fooled myself into thinking it would be fun, well I was dead wrong.

Though I WILL get my 2 routines with the LM3 in today as well despite oversleeping as much as I did.

Anyways thanks again for being there learning and guiding me with this whole thing we call PE without your videos and explanations it would have been a total hassle having to learn how to use the LM3 on my own. Just can’t thank you enough for that, you really are a valuable asset for this brotherhood, teaching us brothers what you have learned yourself from trial and error making it easier for us others to incorporate your techniques and teachings.

Could not agree with you more brother. And can’t say enough how glad I am for having joined this forum.

Wasted years of doing lazy PE as a member on another forum where they just always said you have to go easy doing PE, though I quickly learned on here that we have to be intense and very, very consistent. And @squirt_inducer_man was the first one to tell me I had to have a more intense routine to actually make gains. He deserves all the praise he gets.
 
Getting ready to use the LM3 again, must say I save a lot of time as well using that compared to when I was doing stretches with my bare hands.

Only thing I regret is not listening to @squirt_inducer_man even earlier regarding buying the LM3.

But now I finally have it and the sky’s the limit when it comes to gaining length with it, no doubt in my mind. So writing a review for it was a given. Only used it once thus far and I’m already a believer.

And with the LM3 and the guidance of @squirt_inducer_man I know I’ll reach my dream length of 9-9,5 inches. Hoping to get as good if not even better results from it as he has. And I believe I will.

Wishing all my brethren on here a good weekend with plenty of gains to come.
 
Must admit I find it hard to give up the pumping for now, love the long and full hang it gives me though gotta take the advice I’ve gotten on here to focus on length first.

But damn I love using the MityVac.
With time you will see a big hang by stretching as well. I measured once, and BPFSL had gone up ~ 0.79 inch in temporary length after a session.
This is really motivational, and you want to keep on going to make it permanent.

You have the blueprint so you should be able to make even faster gains. But keep a steady progression, so you are not hurting yourself. Better to keep a steady progression in the long run. I believe there is a limit to how fast you can gain.

Ok, will keep it steady and consistent. Btw asked this question on another thread as well: when you say 1 rotation you mean 360 degrees and not 180? I do 1 full 360 degree rotation now though will as you said have to work my way up to 3 full rotations.

Was still so tired after being stupid enough to drink those 4 beers the day before, though still I got some PE and my fitness routine done and woke up much earlier today taking my dog for a 40 min walk upon wakening up.

Now I’m caffeinating myself and getting ready for my AM routine and will most definitely get my PM routine in as well.
Must say it’s much more time efficient focusing on length only as I used over 1 hour on each routine before compared to only 40-45 min now.

Also, after getting properly hydrated again my flaccid still hangs as low and thick as it did when pumping. So the Lengthmaster 3 alone still does the trick. Making my decision to focus on length only that much easier.

I really clamp down hard and my penis head is a little blue after doing the first 2x5 min stretches though that goes away immediately after removing the LM3. So that 10 min break to restore blood flow sure is needed.

Must also say that my forearms and hands gets a really good workout holding these stretches for 5 min at a time, eventually I’m gonna end up having Popeye’s forearms, haha. But it’s all good love doing these stretches, really feeling my penis getting that good, almost painful(in a good way) stretch.

This is wonderful news. Just keep this up and continuously increase the intensity exponentially. And I believe you will be over 8 inches BPEL soon (soon in the perspective of PE).
