Progress thread Abdiel’s routine and progress thread.

Did my split routine yesterday with 6 sets of 1 min hold bundled stretches finished off with 2x5 min of pumping, same routine twice.

Was contemplating incorporating a rest day, though my unit feels just fine and I wake up with raging morning wood. I suspect it’s the fact that I use InfraRed light during my whole sessions that allows me to do this twice everyday.
Though I might change my mind regarding rest days when I start using the Lengthmaster 3 then I will do 3 days on 1 day off just as @squirt_inducer_man does. Time will tell.
 
Did my usual split routine yesterday of 5 min ball and lig stretches then 6 sets, bundled 1 min hold stretches finished off with 2x5 mins pumping. I’m so damn close to being over 20 cm in the pump.

Have decided I will lay off the pumping when my Lengthmaster 3 arrives and focus exclusively on length until I reach 9.5 inches and then go back to jelqing, SSJ and pumping.
Gotta do it the right way to show everyone that the program of @squirt_inducer_man can and will work for everyone. I’m on a mission so to speak, reaching lengths I never thought would be possible before I joined this forum.
 
My dream is that this program are going to work wonderfully for you, and then more and more brothers will join. And then everyone will make really fast gains.

To look at it as a mission is a good mindset to have.

I believe you need more intensity. LENGTHMASTER 3 will provide with that.

I sure hope so as the way I’m stretching now feels less and less intense and effective.
If only the carriers/post in my country would hurry up and deliver it to me, they’ve been really slow considering it’s been in my country since the 16’th and been on it’s way to my address for a week.

Hopefully I’ll have it this week.
 
Did my split routine yesterday as well with 6 sets 1 min hold(bundled) stetches finished off with 2x5 min of going hard in the pump then I wore my cock ring for 1-2 hours after both routines.

Writing down exactly what I did for future reference if need be. Realized I can actually go up to 20hg in the pump without any discomfort or pain and I attribute that to me using the Bathmate Extreme on and off at full pressure for so long. The pressures over 15hg is where it starts feeling like it did when wet pumping with the Bathmate.

Though I only go over 15hg for a minute max and up to 20hg for 20-30 seconds max twice a day. 15hg actually feels like absolutely nothing on my unit, so to speak, no problems at all doing it this way thus far. But I am being very careful doing it this way not pumping up too fast and doing the pumping in small increments.
 
Also one tip I’ve got for preventing discoloration is to roll your penis between your hands after pumping kinda rolling and massaging it as it seems to make discoloration go away almost completely.

Learned this technique at another PE forum I was a member of in the past, won’t mention it by name though. Let’s just say that MOS is much, much better and have taught me that we need more intensity to actually enlarge our units.

Gotten better results thus far from the things I’ve learned on here in the 2-3 months I’ve been active on here compared to years of waisted PE time, gains and productivity when being a member on the other forum.

Nope, never heard about them to be honest.
They are really powerful. You can do them on the bed as well laying down, bundled or non bundled. You do a BTC Stretch. You grab your penis deep inside the base, you can use your ass as a levarage point, and you should feel the stretch deep inside your inner penis. If you hold the stretch hard for 15 minutes, then you will know how it will feel like (but more intense) to do BTC Stretches with LM3.

This strech exist inside the MOS DVD. But in the MOS DVD @DLD do these stretches with a chair as a levarage tool (power assist device) = tub stretches.

I actually might give this stretch a try in my evening routine, always interesting to try out something new, makes things feel fresh. Thanks as always for a great tip w/links and everything, you really know your ways around on this forum.
