Did my split routine yesterday with 20 sets of stretching in 5 directions, 200 jelqs and 2 sets of SSJ and pumping finished that off with an hour of extending at 20 cm of arm length on the extender, so added another 0,5 cm piece there.
So I’m going to do the exact same routine once in the morning and once in the evening/night.
Thus far I already notice a even better hang than usual and must say it was much, much easier getting a good enough erection for jelqing and pumping doing it the split way compared to when I did all that stretching and jelqing in one sitting.
Think I’ve found the perfect routine for me doing it this way even though it takes me 2h each time+1h of extending after each round. That put’s me at a total of 6h PE time a day, now I just gotta keep it consistent.
