Progress thread Abdiel’s routine and progress thread.

Did my split routine yesterday with 20 sets of stretching in 5 directions, 200 jelqs and 2 sets of SSJ and pumping finished that off with an hour of extending at 20 cm of arm length on the extender, so added another 0,5 cm piece there.

So I’m going to do the exact same routine once in the morning and once in the evening/night.

Thus far I already notice a even better hang than usual and must say it was much, much easier getting a good enough erection for jelqing and pumping doing it the split way compared to when I did all that stretching and jelqing in one sitting.

Think I’ve found the perfect routine for me doing it this way even though it takes me 2h each time+1h of extending after each round. That put’s me at a total of 6h PE time a day, now I just gotta keep it consistent.

Might take the day off tomorrow all depending on how hungover I might be, gotta have some fun too, now I’m off to do my modified routine, hope all of my brethren are having a nice weekend, cheers.

It's so strange...as I become bigger my goal moves forward. I don't understand why I can't stop where I am right now? It's so addictive to see my penis grow.

Once you realize the truth that pe works your goals will also increase. I wanted 8 x 6 but that was years ago. My goals have only increased
 
Quick question, was thinking of adding some manual stretches using my wrist as a fulcrum as in just stretching my dick over my wrist? Will this maybe add to the regular stretches I’m doing?

If you only could do these kind of stretches it would be better. That's why I incoperated a broomstick into my routine. You will deform your tunica more, and you will be able to elongate the tissue more effective = faster growth.

Dammit, can I just go and saw of a piece from my actual broomstick and make it work? Videos on excercises would be nice, if I remember correctly you linked me a video that I saw of it once.

Yes if you make it smooth. You don't want splinters in your penis. Sand it down and then paint it with a smooth paint.

Yes if you make it smooth. You don't want splinters in your penis. Sand it down and then paint it with a smooth paint.

Though I might just end up buying the lengthmaster next time I’ve got the money for it.

So please, give me a little insight in how to use the lengthmaster as I already understand there needs to be wrapping done, and you say you do some behind the cheeks stretching. You’ve probably explained it to me before though I’m a little slow sometimes and my memory ain’t the best.

I will explain everything. I feel it would be easier to explain when you have the device. The wrapping is one of the most important things with the LENGTHMASTER 3. But I have many videos of that, and people seems to like my wrapping technique.

I have the perfect plan for you. Because you are not new to PE, this will be perfect.
Do my progression structure and you will gain big time.

First downward bundled stretches, and then progress into bundled stretches behind the ASS (Behind The Cheeks).

There is no limit of these stretches:
You can never exhaust the BTC gains, the point of stretch is so far past the point of attachment that there will always be available gains in this area. Gains can see limits in other positions where the ligaments may be too long for any random position but BTC is so far that you would need to gain 5-6 inches to start feeling slack in the ligaments.
