Progress thread Abdiel’s routine and progress thread.

Morning brethren of MOS.

Was sitting here thinking I’m going to split my routine in two one in the AM and one in the PM.
The way I’m pondering doing it goes as follows:

AM routine 20 sets of stretches in 5 directions, 200 jelqs followed by the SSJ routine and ending it with some extending.

PM routine 20 sets of stretches in 5 directions and 200 jelqs then ending it with some extending while I’ll meditate.

Anybody got any thoughts, tips or pointers regarding me splitting my routine this way? Can it be done? I sure think so and I got the time for it as well. Though any advice I will take into consideration. Btw will let it go around 10-12 hours between routines.
 
Did my usual routine yesterday.

Today I will start with my split sessions, trying to decide if I do the SSJ routine only one time(3x5min)or if I split that one too and do 2 rounds of slow squash jelqs and pumping twice a day. Aahh, decisions to be made.
Good choice to split it up. You will take advantage of longer temporary flaccid hang, and expansion during the day.
 
Can’t wait for my MityVac to get shipped, I’m too curious regarding dry pumping as I have tried it years ago with a cheap toy pump that broke 3 weeks into using it.

About time I ordered a pro pump with a gauge to see how much pressure I’m actually using. Next on the list will be lengthmaster and maybe even a ball-stretcher as I’ve gotten a bit of a tight nut sack after testicular cancer surgery.

Still got one testicle left though so guess you could call me, Einstein(one stone), lol.

By the way, there is a way to stretch your scrotum without a device. The only thing you need are hands.

I think it will do me very good, yes, can’t wait to get it as it was shipped yesterday, wuhuu!

Yeah, the cancer luckily got discovered so early that I needed surgery only to remove my left testicle and since there was no signs of it spreading to other parts of my body I didn’t need chemo or anything. So I was lucky like that.

And thank you my brother for yet another link to the ball stretching exercise, just need to buy some talkum/baby powder and start stretching. Which I most definitely will, by the looks of the video it wasn’t too long of a process either, just gotta keep it consistent as with everything PE.
