Progress thread Abdiel’s routine and progress thread.

Did the same routine yesterday as the day before. With 2h56min of extending.
Though on the routine of today I went HAM and did 32 sets of stretches which took me about 1h45min so I did my stretches quicker and more efficiently. Upped my jelqs to 320.

Also upped my SSJ routine and did 5 setsx3 so total of 5 min every set and even upped my pumping time from 5x3 to 6x3. 1 hour of extending.

Just decided to REALLY put in the time and go for those gains.
 
Just your regular hand stretches, 5 different directions as in straight down, to the left, to the right, straight upward and a «dynamic» straight out one. 30 sec holds each stretch. 1 set is 5 directions.
I would suggest that you incoperate bundled stretches if you are not doing that. The more you deform the tubica in each stretch the better.

This will make you gain even faster. I used a broomstick when I started out, to do bundled stretches around.

Will check it out, used to do A stretches if that’s what they’re called above my wrist.
Though I really notice a difference in my hang(longer and fuller) from my regular stretches.

If you want to make this as effective as possible, I suggest you get the LENGTHMASTER 3. There is no device like it. You can use both hands to stretch out your penis. I have seen really fast gains with it.

Do you keep your penis elongated while healing?
I have been on this forum since 2019.I'm just seeing you now. Hope you're not a bot?
