That’s some insane gains already and if you gain 4 inches in about a years that’s even more insane. Though at the same time it gives me hope of finally gaining a substantial amount again myself.In 4 months.

My mistake. First of Mars 2024, I will be 9 inches BPEL. That will be 4 inches increase in BPEL in one year. That's a more realistic goal.

I studied, worked, did PE and worked out all while using drugs at the same time when being with her. She could never understand that sometimes I was just too damn tired to please her sexually. Had to walk 30 min each way to the gym and worked out for 1,5- 2 hours at a time, that alone is exhausting.
Anyways, just needed to rant a bit about that. So thankful I’ve now got all the time I need to do PE and whatever else I have to do without worrying about work and studies or a nightmare of a woman.

Yeah, I don’t like being too heavy either and found that between 85-90 kg is pretty optimal for me. Then I’m strong, explosive, flexible, have good conditioning and agil all at the same time.
Kinda funny how we are the exact same height, have ADHD and like to work out and do PE. Many similarities that’s why I sometimes call you my brother from another mother.
Now I just have to eat even more good food and then I will be 90 kg’s with a six-pack, thanks for believing in me, I will get there.

I lost my muscles due to PE. It's really hard mentally.
But I feel much better and lighter in my body, and my body dismorphic disorder is gone.

Have pretty much lost all that bulky external obliques now.
We are similar...but I believe we have the same super brain, that's why we connect so well. We have a: Super brain when we can use it to our advantage.
Imagine if the world where built around our type of brain instead. Everything would be much easier for us. I like to wear earmuffs (Øreklokker), when I'm sitting in the classroom. People talk to much.
It's hard to focus when you are around unfocused people. I think that sums it ups pretty well. I totally understand when it comes to people talking too much, used to irritate the heck out of me when I was a student and all the other people in my class were talking during a lecture. It was just too much noise, all the time.

Some further information:
It's not enough to warm up your tissue in the beginning of the session, if your environment is cold (like 20°C, and under 27°C), the heat in your tissue will disapate fast if you do not keep adding heat into it, and your environment is to cold.
You will preferably have a heating fan as well blowing into the tissue between your sets, and or the MOS-RED. This will ensure your tissue doesn't get to cold, and it will also help you to keep the temporary elongation between sets. So you then also can keep that temporary elongation after your session for longer.
I have done this during my entire length gain journey. And my belief is that a warm penis, will give you faster gains.

I hope more brothers are realizing this. A cold penis can be one factor, that create more fluid retention then necessary, when being attached in the chamber of LENGTHMASTER 3.
A cold penis will not elongated as much as a warm penis and since you reduce the blood flow in your tissue when being attached into the chamber of LM3. This is even more essential to do (keep adding heat).
It will also be more comfortable to stretch your penis when both your outer penis, inner penis and your ligaments (Fundiform and Suspensory) are warm enough. Your warm up time will also be faster. Everything will be better with a warm penis.
Just adding information to make more brothers realize this important factor.
I Also believe that red/nir light (MOS-RED) is essential in the process for maximum elongation and speed up healing time, and keep discoloration at bay...

Luckily my heater has a built in fan that spreads the heat through my entire bathroom, and I also sit in front of my Infrared lamp inbetween sets just to make sure it’s all really warm and pliable.
