Progress thread Abdiel’s routine and progress thread.

Did the same routine yesterday as the day before. With 2h56min of extending.
Though on the routine of today I went HAM and did 32 sets of stretches which took me about 1h45min so I did my stretches quicker and more efficiently. Upped my jelqs to 320.

Also upped my SSJ routine and did 5 setsx3 so total of 5 min every set and even upped my pumping time from 5x3 to 6x3. 1 hour of extending.

Just decided to REALLY put in the time and go for those gains.
 
Just your regular hand stretches, 5 different directions as in straight down, to the left, to the right, straight upward and a «dynamic» straight out one. 30 sec holds each stretch. 1 set is 5 directions.
I would suggest that you incoperate bundled stretches if you are not doing that. The more you deform the tubica in each stretch the better.

This will make you gain even faster. I used a broomstick when I started out, to do bundled stretches around.

Will check it out, used to do A stretches if that’s what they’re called above my wrist.
Though I really notice a difference in my hang(longer and fuller) from my regular stretches.

If you want to make this as effective as possible, I suggest you get the LENGTHMASTER 3. There is no device like it. You can use both hands to stretch out your penis. I have seen really fast gains with it.

Do you keep your penis elongated while healing?

Anybody got any tips or pointers regarding getting my Silisleeve on? Tried to get it on but it’s a big task them being 6inch long. Gonna give it another go in a few minutes, want to have it on for my late night upper body workout.

I usually stretch out like a cock ring and go from there. Put it over a pipe or something round like a big bottle to stretch out over night.

Now lest see how it prevents shrinkage during my pre-workout cold shower and during my workout.
I consider my 7-8 min cold shower to be the «ultimate» test, both hoping and thinking I’ll experience zero shrinkage.
I love my cold showers, it’s even a better pre-workout than actual pre-workout in powder form.

I don't like cold showers but I love cold baths.
 
If it’s too tight place on something round like a pipe or a bottle overnight to stretch out till the next day.
Will do, as that second size was so tight it really engorged my head and made it go blue after a while.
The biggest size is almost a perfect fit, though when working out my penis head retracted a bit into the sleeve.
So stretching it out a bit it is, and thank you very much for the tip.
 
So did my usual 32 sets of stretches, 320 dry jelqs though could only muster up 5 min rounds in the BM, though did my SSJ’s 5x1 min, as always. Only 1 hour extending yesterday.

Btw seems like the thickest sleeve is the one that fits me best, tried stretching the second thickest one out over night though still too tight. Have not tried taking a cold shower with the thickest one on but will try it out in a few minutes, just hope my penis head doesn’t shrivel into the sleeve, if not then all good.

Cold shower and burpees here I come.

I’m definitely gonna stick to my routine despite having to use over 3h to get it done, it’s become my early morning ritual and I love just sitting there stretching and jelqing while having my snus under my lip and drinking my morning coffee.

Going to do this routine ED until New Years come around and add a few sets of stretching as the months go by up to a maximum of 40 sets. Will add more jelqing as well up to a max of 400 dry jelqs.

I hope to have gained 1-2 inches in length after 7 months have gone by, regarding girth I’ll just be happy with whatever I get. Maybe I’m hoping on way too much in the length departement though will be happy with any gains I’ll get, though still aiming for 1-2 inches of length.

Btw, my birthday today the BIG 40 has finally arrived despite me neither feeling like nor looking like I’m actually 40 years of age today. Gonna celebrate a lil bit as my parents are coming to visit me for a few days, so barbeque and a few light beers will be consumed today.
