What kind of extender do you use?Did my usual routine as always with 2h13min extending yesterday and 2h40min extending today.
Extending at 19,5 cm now, mostly to just heal in an elongated state so not putting in too many hours daily, though it seems to do the trick. Longer and fuller hang all day long.

Though on the routine of today I went HAM and did 32 sets of stretches which took me about 1h45min so I did my stretches quicker and more efficiently.

Just your regular hand stretches, 5 different directions as in straight down, to the left, to the right, straight upward and a «dynamic» straight out one. 30 sec holds each stretch. 1 set is 5 directions.What kind of stretches do you do? This will make you gain even faster. I used a broomstick when I started out, to do bundled stretches around.
That is an incredible workout you're gonna do very well32 sets of regular stretches, 320 dry jelqs, and 5x1min(3 sets)SSJ combined with pumping for 3 sets.
Finished off with 2h30min extending.

If you want to make this as effective as possible, I suggest you get the LENGTHMASTER 3. There is no device like it. You can use both hands to stretch out your penis. I have seen really fast gains with it.

I just might do that, managed to get the thickest one on btw though it was just a tad too thick.I usually stretch out like a cock ring and go from there. Put it over a pipe or something round like a big bottle to stretch out over night.

Awesome it's working.Eureka! Yes, just cut one cm off of the second thickes one and it fits like a glove.
Now lest see how it prevents shrinkage during my pre-workout cold shower and during my workout.
I consider my 7-8 min cold shower to be the «ultimate» test, both hoping and thinking I’ll experience zero shrinkage.
I love my cold showers, it’s even a better pre-workout than actual pre-workout in powder form.

Will do, as that second size was so tight it really engorged my head and made it go blue after a while.If it’s too tight place on something round like a pipe or a bottle overnight to stretch out till the next day.
