I'm doing 20:4 diet. And I have gained good on that diet.
Good to hear, guessing then that you eat for 4 hours 20 hour fast?
I usually do a 16 hour fast sometimes only 15 depends on my schedule that day.

And btw forgot to say a measuring tape is on it’s way via mail, kinda curious myself on what my girth is, haven’t measured it in years.

That's good. I believe in fasting. I feel so much more focused when I do not eat during the day.

Have already let the cat out of the bag and talked about how I use the Bathmate.

As said it’s thus far a very small channel(3 subs started it a week ago)where I talk about having ADHD and ASPD/Sociopathy, being an ex-drug addict, anger issues, dogs and whatnot.

Yes, I’m wired a bit different than most people and hope people here don’t think less of me as I’m just pretty honest about being wired a bit different.

Not sure yet though if I’m going to talk more about PE on my YT channel though the most popular video I’ve posted thus far was the one about using BM. I really don’t care if people know that I do this thing called PE.

And if anyone wondered my YT channel is named exactly what I’m named on here which is my actual name.
 
Just finished my routine for today with my 16 round of stretching, 160 dry jelqs and the SSJ as prescribed by Huge -girth.

Then I made the arms of my extender 19cm long, up from 18cm yesterday and wore it for 1h while meditating and doing keqels at the same time for 15 min.

Also forgot to mention that I do all my stretches and dry jelqs in front of an IR lamp so that the tissue stays warm and more pliable.
Also thinking about doing 4h of extending in total at full force from now on, will contemplate it while going for a walk with my dog.
Been years since I’ve been this enthusiastic about PE and gaining my dream size of 9x6, so I sincerely thank this brotherhood for reigniting my passion for PE.

Going to measure every 14’th or 30’th day, will take my first measurement on the 15’th of June as that is my 40’th birthday, hoping to gift myself a lil bit of gain by then. Stay tuned and happy gaining my Brethren.

Once the measuring tape arrives, measure your girth and write it down. It's good to know your starting size in PE. That way, you will know how to monitor your gains. Also, try not to measure too often. For girth, you want to measure once in 6 months.

For length, you should measure every 90 days.



Try as much as you can to remain consistent as you do your routine.

Do you mean to say, you want to be measuring every two weeks or every month?
 
Got in 4h of extending yesterday as well, thinking of seeing if I can get in even more hours today, leaning towards 4-6h total time a day of extending. That will bring my total PE time to 6-8h daily which I sure hope will bring me gains yet again.

Now I’ve gotta go do my manual routine, poured myself a Big cup of coffe and my tobacco puch under my lip so good to go.

I just write to write sometimes, haha, LOVE this forum, such a great brotherhood and support system which I lack in real life to be honest. Unfortunately you can’t just talk to friends or people you know about this, which is a shame really.
Hence me just trying my best to be open about it and normalize it a lil bit via my YT channel.

Btw Stirling Cooper has actually written a book about PE and done PE himself, just saw a video about on YT the other day so it’s getting a bit more mainstream I’d say. If you guys didn’t know.

I want to feel this as well. No one should know that I have increased my penis size permanently, or even know that it's possible to do.
Most men do not know it's possible (they live inside, The Matrix).

Nice YT video! Congrats on your sobriety, too. Perhaps all the energy in using have been channeled into PE :)
Thank you very much, and yes, all my energy seems to have gone into daily PE and working out/fitness.

That’s much better than what I used to do, though must say when I was in rehab years ago the people working there told me I was addicted to working out and how that was a bad thing. Lol. Well I was the only one in that rehab not relapsing.
As all the others did.

And a note to myself: get up early, overslept like a moron lately. Saying it here so that I actually might stick to it once again I’m getting up at 3PM exactly to do my routine.
Think the reason for me not sticking to that time which I’ve done before is that I’m still kinda depressed after my dog, and best friend for 11 years had to be euthanized a couple of weeks ago.
Lost very close family members and friends to drug overdoses before but my dog getting sick and dying for some reason just feels so much worse.
 
So did my routine yesterday and the day before though only got 2h55min of extending in yesterday.

Btw just measured my girth, mid base, and it was 5,1 inches. So it’s a long way to 6.

I encourage anyone shooting for 6 inches girth to shoot for 6.5 inches girth instead. You want to be the thickest she has ever had. Even when you breakup with her, you will be thicker than her new boyfriend and she will keep coming back to you. It works like magic.

Come to think of it, 6 inches girth is not very thick. When you get to that size, you will understand.

Are 6" in EG common if you have never done any kind of PE? Most men do not even know about PE.

I believe many women will not be blown away by a 6 inches girth. 6.5 inches is scarce. 6 inches is scarce too but I think 6 inches girth is easily accessible for women.

Many people who haven't done PE have girth of 6 inches. There are many men with this girth size out there. This is what I believe.
