A word on diversity

I encourage debate and differing views. I see people taking the defensive position in some of the post lately and wanted to give my thoughts on this. First of all diversity is what makes a forum so valuable, the differing views debated in a healthy, respectful way create new and innovative branches to grow from. No one should ever take a differing view as a personal attack in fact when you receive a differing view you should use this as the catalyst to give more information on your views. We all have a common goal here and that is to use and grow with the information from this forum.

When presenting your views do this in a non-personal, intelligent way. Just because you disagree does not mean you can't remain close brothers in our ultimate plight. I understand getting caught up in forum drama and how this can sometimes be intoxicating but it is important to be open minded and hear your fellow brothers and respond with intellect instead of anger.

I am not saying anyone here has been out of line...in fact a perfect example of intelligent exchange of views is a health, non-threatening manner is the MetalEd thread on pre-pe size. Many people chimed in with valid, inquisitive views which produced a thread of substance.

Keep up the good work and do not be afraid to give your own opinion. This is what makes [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MoS[/words] a wonderful, friendly place.

Myself, Priapos and metalEd have been having a sensable discussion about npe/pe being inherited thru' the genes.
No tempers shown.
The way it should be.

I have also had another debate with someone recent....I cant remember who it was....but it also was freindly.

Makes a change.

But sometimes you get guys who wont listen to your point of view and FORCE theirs on you.
If this happens than my advice to you ALL as a MOD here is to walk away and DO NOT retaliate.

We dont want this place ending up like a Kids PlayGround.

Totally Manic/Depressive. He could be the sweetest guy or the most vicious enemy. He would never change and I guess that is being true to himself. I really wished he could have grown and learned to get along as he was a huge voice here. I actually allowed him back after 5 chances until I permanently banned him. I would still give him another chance if he was able to change. I will never, ever give up on someone no matter how they treat me, even when they hate me they are still my Brothers and I got nothing but love for them.

I remember Temp used to have a partner in crime, there used to be this indian guy in the black magic thread which was eventually deleted. I remember the Indian guy talked about the penilmaster but I overlooked it back then. I was indeed stupid

I think he was the same user He created many different usernames and I think he liked to start controversy this way, fighting with himself but making it look as if it were another Brother. I did not mind it to be honest, he was amusing and he had a lot of fans as he was very well versed in PE and as much controversy he cause was always balanced with on point, pro advice. I miss him, never a dull day when he was here but eventually the attacks started to fall on real Brothers and after many warnings I had to ban him. I hope he comes back again more mature and ready to do what he was meant to so, spread his incredible knowledge to all who need it! A simple apology would get him his place back.
