a question on rotary cranks and testicle health

I was wondering when doing the rotary cranks when moving the penis around like clockhandles is your penis at a full stretch? And what does this hit if you are not really holding the stretch?

Also in regards to the testicle exercises when dld is stretching, do you hold the stretch or is a quick movement where you try to get farther down each time?
 
Yes, you should be at maximum stretch while cranking. I am not sure what the second question is.
 
Hey dld thanks for the reply, teh second question is when doing the testicle stretches I notice you don't really hold the stretch it is more like you go far as possible then relax then go as far as possible again, should we be holding this stretch?
