A Dream I Had Last Night

Well, apparently I was thinking about the pain at the base of my penis a little bit too much last night, I was even scared to touch it, for fear that something might happen. Anyways in my dream, I had just got up and went to the bathroom. I took a leak and noticed my member in the mirror. So, I stopped, looked and masturbated to a full erection. That thing was HUGE! I couldn't believe my eyes, so I went and got a ruler.. It measured 11" long NBP! I was ecstatic, finally I was finished with my Penis Enlargement quest..

Ok, so there I was in dream land last night. In my dream for some unknown reason to myself, I cut my penis off right around the halfway mark. I just happen to be in a hospital. I'm scanning up and down the halls and corridors quite frantically but, to no avail for a nurse, doctor, ANYONE who can help me. I end up finding a doctor and, telling him what's happened and that I need help ASAP but, he's busy reading Fortune magazine and tells me he'll "take a look at my problem" when he's done reading "this article". I run down the hall and find a Nurse's station which just happens to have some Vitamin E caplets. I take the section of my penis I've cut off and slice it lengthwise down the middle. I can clearly see the insides of my penis....the inner chambers and such. I proceed to take some Vitamin E capsules and break them open smearing them inside of this section of penis I've sliced open and on the end of the penis still attached to me. The dream breaks off there and I wake up in a hospital bed. I look under the sheets and suddenly the doctor from earlier in my dream enters the room and says something to the effect of "I think you'll be QUITE pleased with the results." The dream moves forward again and I'm measuring my "new" penis. There were no numbers on the ruler I was using but, my dick seemed to go past the end of the ruler. Then I wake up. WTF does this all mean????
