Im doing now 3 months of the newbie lenght program and 1 time per week pumping with air pump.
After doing wet jelqs and than pumping i have an increase of 1 cm as doing only pumping.
Now i will try to use a ace wrap after lenght training.
I also have 1.7 cm more flaccid stretch lenght than NPEL.
I have to do erected stretch but i have problems with it.

Pu.ping one time.per week won't bring any girth gains, I hope you know that.

I only need an advice how to go with the wrap for hpurs to wear to have a light stretch for some hours.

And than i read that some wear it for hours.
So how should i wear it that it have a stretch after lenght training without injury?
And how to wrap it when you havent foreskin that it dont hurt wearing it?

It all depends on how tight you wrap. If you wrap tightly because you want to create a positive traction force of 900g or greater to elongate your penis, yes, every 10 to 15 minutes is required to be rewrapped to allow new fresh blood to cycle through.

If you wrap loosely, you're not getting that extra traction force you're looking for unless you play around with lateral stiff wall to create the same traction force. If you wrap loose enough, you can go as long as 3 hours without rewrapping.

Your glans will turn different shades of color based on how much blood flows through the penis. A healthy color is a light pink, like when you're not wrapping it at all. The closer that color shade, the better.

Wrapping is a learning curve that everyone needs to practice. For me, I have an uncut penis. The foreskin is a nightmare to deal with. But I use the TheraBand base layer, fold the width into three layers, and wrap slightly tightly around the base of the glans to create friction collar. This is to prevent the glans from shrinking and pulling into the wrap. This is known as turtling, like a turtle head pulling inside its shell. The TheraBand collar stops the glans from retracting, but the collar is not tight enough to prevent the blood from going into the glans. From there, I use flexible wraps, ACE wrap, even penis sleeves, to create my traction I need. Remember, we need to have around 900g of traction force to get things going with the active elongation.

Im very sad that i didnt know this all before i went to near now 50 years.
I was on a german website which called penisdicke but it was closed.
Many informations which i get into the last 3 Months got me motivated to go on and not to end like 25 years before when you couldnt find real people who get real gains.there were only companiws which told you will gwt big gains in e months when usextheir phallosans or other cheap models.You had no proof of no other person who cpuld tell you that it works.
I will go on with the newbie routine and use the wrap after that.
I know thei will be gains but it would be a long way.

There are many brothers here in their 50 and they are still doing PE routines. I'm 55 myself, and just know that PE is a life long task for males to keep their sexual health strong. Don't worry, you can still gain what you're looking for. It may be a bit slower, but you will still get it.

Yes, I have pictures. It's very easy. Most TheraBand strips come in a width of 15cm to 18cm. I cut that width in half, creating a 7cm to 9cm width, with a length of around 25cm. Fold that 7cm or 9cm into a third, and fold it again. That's a 3-layer fold.

Then the TheraBand has a bit of warm water, and with a bit of pressure on the folds, the layers stick together. That's how most of us start our base wrapping layer for the tool called the Length Master 3.

You follow up with ACE or flex tape wrapping to create a traction force of 600g to 900g, keeping the penis elongated. This is around two to two and a half years ago, when my flaccid was around 15.7cm. Now, my flaccid is around 18.5cm. A major difference with just around a year's worth of efforts.

Traction force is the rigidity of the wrap that forces the entire penile shaft to remain lengthened with active force. Most wraps only offer 600g to 900g of force. For traction force that goes up to the optimal range of 1kg to 1.15kg, you have to use an all-day stretcher, an extender, or something similar. The Length Master 3 forces the tissues to break down, become malleable to stretch with ease, and to prepare the tissues to be kept in an elongated state during healing. This is how the tissues regrow. The Length Master 3 takes only 20 minutes, while the extender and stretcher take up to 4 hours to stretch the tissues to their optimal state before the healing process can occur.

The Theraband are almost like 12.5 cm .
So it should be 25 cm yes?

You have now 18.5 cm flaccid length or streched flaccid length?

My plan is to buy the length master or a allday stretcher .
Its better if you have to choose one the length master with wraps for healing or only the ADS ?
