Progress thread 25 cm by the end of 2021!

Well I didn’t believe in penis enlargement when I started, I thought PE was bullshit but I understood the mechanics of getting harder elections, So I went full out on the routine hoping to get harder erections which I got almost immediately. I did this for six months not expecting to gain anything but I was very pleased with my EQ. One morning my girlfriend at the time and asked me if my penis was still growing and that took me back, kind of blew my mind. I measured that day and I gained 2 inches in length.

My routine was basically the newbie routine on steroids LOL I would do basic stretching three times a day which would take about three hours. I did fulcrum work with the Lengthmaster, which took another couple of hours. Anytime that I was resting I would have a heating pad around my penis. As far as girth went I did it the whole day. I spent a half hour getting myself expanded and then when the expansion went down I’ll do another session, etc. I also did extensive flaccid training. I did the testicle health massage and stretch twice a day. At any time that I was out and about I was keeping myself in an in an elongated state using ADS. I would do a monster girth session right before I went to bed so that my cock was as big as possible when I had sex in. And I did Kegels all day all day.
Thats so much work. I really dont think I can do so much in one day because of a)time and b)Im 100 % sure I would overtrain doing so much.
But now it makes me wonder if what Im doing is optimal for my goal 20 cm by the end of 2020. You said you didnt hang at all. However, many people say its THE best way for huge length gains. But then some people (for example Eth_swo) are saying their length decreased after hanging. As I mentioned some time ago after my last measurement, I had similar feeling, like I lost some length. Now I dont feel like I lost but I dont feel like Im gaining that much either.
So I dont know if I should just dedicate more time to hanging and keep at it...or if there is a better way to get my desired length.
I really want to do ALL that is neccessary to get those 2 inches in the next 7 months. I dont want to waste time doing too little or doing something which is not effective.

Hey brother! Good job on the log. I hope you achieve your goals. My two cents, Your training volume looks too low to me. I have never hung before but I pull hard with my manual stretches, far greater than a kilo or two of pressure. I have had good results with this the last 3 months. I think if that you either increased intensity or duration of your workouts you would speed up your gains. Multiple small workouts a day is a great way to increase training volume without it seeming overwhelming.

Is your BPFSL growing consistently every 2 weeks?

[don’t know anybody who was able to do what I did so I understand that time you don’t have. To get 2 inches and seven months is going to take a lot of work but you can work smart to work less. If your goal is 2 inches in seven months then you need to put something together that will make that happen. I can suggest SRT as it is the fastest way to grow but that might be too lengthy for you. Give me a favor and check out SRT and see if it’s something you’d be able to do. I can even reduce the routine to make it faster if that’s what you need.

Thank you very much for advice man! I will definitely do that. I decided to increase my top weight by 0,25 kg and I plan to do that every 4 weeks. Also the other sets I will work with higher weights. I plan to reach top weight of 2 kg by the end of august.
Also, the frequency...I know that sometimes I should do more but I really lack privacy sometimes...and its hard to predict which day its gonna be so I plan my sessions in advance, but youre right I definitely gotta increase the overall volume.

How many sets per day of hanging would you recommend?

I read the SRT and this is what I understand (correct me if Im wrong):

First two weeks:
stretching (all 4 directions basic stretches) + girth (400 strong erect jelqs)

After two weeks:
1.expressive stretching for at least 6 minutes (low grip manual stretches)
2.length training session (I guess this is the part when I will be hanging weights with my silistretcher)
3.passive stretching (using silistretcher)

...then it mentions girth .. however, you told me before that to gain length faster, it is best to focus on length only ... so do you think I should do girth or not? If it will help me get those 2 inches in 7 months I will do it .. but if it will be better for length gains to skip girth work, I just skip it .. what do you think?

..then the SRT also mentions the all different parts of penis and the exercises to target them:
a) shaft and ligament - BASIC STRETCHES - my question is how do I incorporate them to the length routine I outlined above in the 3 steps? in the beginning before expressive stretching or after expressive stretching? before hanging or after hanging? or separately at different time of the day?

b) internal penis - EXPRESSIVE STRETCHES - this is basically connected to the previous question..I just wonder about where exactly to put this exercise (which I believe is the "low grip stretching")

c) tunica - here I am little bit confused because I dont know if for the tunica I am supposed to do BUNDLED stretches or LONG DURATION passive stretching at light/medium intensity


Would you be so kind and could you please put all the exercises that I need to do into some order so I know how my sessions/day would look like? Just some basic structure would be enough. I would really appreciate it because now Im a bit confused. Thank you so much!

2) Bundled Stretches 5x1min (pre stretches the tunica)
3)Low Shaft Grip expressive stretch 3x1min (unlocks inner penis)
4) Total Package expressive stretch 3x1min
5) Hanging sets (at sufficient intensity)
6) Erect Stretches 5x1min (converts Flacid length gains to erect gains)
7) ADS

This looks interesting, I wonder what DLD says about this.
Also what should I use as ADS? Because I cannot wear silistretcher as ADS because it would be too visible and I dont have so much privacy. I also have just one sleeve left for the next couple of months and I dont want to destroy it. Is there some other way to ADS?

I am in the same boat as you don't use a device for ADS. I use tender wrap stuff I get from the pharmacy to wrap up. I stretch it out as much as I can and wrap it up completely covering from glans to base(I used to leave the glans sticking out partially but it would bulge with blood). Leave it on for one hour. Go take a bathroom break and do 25 cranks and 3 sets of BTC stretches. Then reapply. You can do this for as many sets as you want following your workout and it helps you heal in an elongated state. This is a poor mans ADS and it's very stealth.

You didn’t need my help you did just fine! I will add a couple things that I don’t see. I would also include the testicle health massage and stretch in the movie routine. I also suggest you use the Kegel work out also in the Newbie Routine.

Also regarding girth...if I could choose, of course I would want also girth. My goal for girth is to gain at least 1 solid inch but I think my end goal would be 2 inches. I really do think I lack in girth and I would like to get some gains in this department.
The only reason why I dont do it because multiple people, including you, told me that it could slow down my length gains and that supposedly length should always be gained first.
However, sometimes I wonder if the two shouldnt go hand in hand because when I think about it...when I will get the 2 inches in length that Im working for right now....my penis will be 8 inches and only 4.7 inches in girth...that would look like a spaghetti.
But I dont know, Im not an expert, thats why Im just listening to you and all the brothers in here with the hope to achieve my goals. Maybe Im just overthinking it.

2. Doesnt your penis sometimes shrink inside of the tape?
3. The BTC stretches, you do 3 sets of straight in the middle or 1 set left btc, 1 set middle btc and 1 set right btc? Also what is the duration of the sets and the instensity?

You can fit kegel workout in whenever you can during the day. I do a lot of mine when I'm driving or just sitting around. Same with the testicle health massage and stretch; the best time to do it is whenever you can fit it in. I always shower at nights so I do the testicle stuff then when I'm done with the days work for PE. It's a nice relaxing way to finish the day.

As far as your concerns about having an 8x4.7 that looks like a noodle, I don't think you should worry about that because you will be so thrilled to have an 8 inch piece that you won't even remember you were concerned with this. 8x4.7 is still good size(huge) and not even all that small girthwise. I'm not even at 4.7 girth throughout and wish I was so be happy and proud with your girth! One mans trash is another mans treasure.

Moreover, you will gain girth by training length. In my own journey I started off at 4.2" MSEG doing newbie routine and drifted slowly into too intense of girth work(clamping). I got to about 4.4" MSEG and got injured (thrombosis). I stopped doing all girth work at this point and focused on length. A couple months later when I measured everything properly I had grown throughout the whole shaft and was 4-5/8" midshaft (the skinniest part of my dick).

DLD uses analogy of the penis being like a balloon. If you stretch a balloon lengthwise and then blow it up it will be fatter than if you didn't stretch it.

1)I use this Nexcare No Hurt Wrap (I know I was calling it tape). I've attached a picture. It's very good for wrapping. I have noticed that one side of the tape will have a slight stickiness to it so make sure to apply the nonstick side. If you screw up like I have many times the sticky part will pull on your skin when you take it off(it's really no big deal).I reuse them for quite a while then just toss it. I cut them to length and get enough to go from glans to base with an overlap of about 50% on each wrap. As you continue to PE you will need longer wraps.

For me,my BPFSL is right around 8" and if I get a good wrap after a stretch the length of my penis in the wrap will be around 6.5". The penis does tighten up as you get further away from your workout and it probably retracts in the wrap(I've never checked) which is why we do the refresher stretches every hour or so.

3a) I do the 25 (or more) cranks then I do a set of BTC stretches Left, Right, and Center. The minimum I'll do is 30seconds in each spot but if I have time I prefer 2 minute holds in each spot.

3b)As far as intensity goes, start off slow and relax into the stretch then increase intensity as the time goes along(that's why I prefer the 2 minute sets). The goal is to get back to the temporary BPFSL you achieved during your main workout.

You’re not overthinking this at all you’re just being cautious. As others have suggested the fastest way to put on girth is the 5×5×3 found an SRT. This is a very easy 30-40 minute workout that will bring up to an inch of temporary girth gain. With this type of temporary expansion size becomes cemented very quickly.

If I do the SRT length routine everyday (the hanging version) and I start to do the 5x5x3 girth sessions as well, do you think it will affect my length gain potential in a negative way/slow it down? In other words...if I do ONLY the length portion of the SRT routine, will I gain more length than if I would do length+girth?

Thank you so much for all the detailed advice man. Can I ask you if youre circumcised or not? Because I am not and I am not sure if I should retract the foreskin when wrapping or not...because when I do, the skin sometimes rolls back up.
Also do you cover the glans as well or do you start to wrap below it?

not necessarily. I did both at the same time and I did very well but I was interested in both equally. I suggest length or girth only routines for those who are going only after one thing. Many brothers will benefit from doing one at a time because you can put so much more focus and attention on that. But it’s totally up to you
 
*****CHANGE OF PLAN*****

I have been thinking a bit and I decided that Im gonna stop hanging. At least for now. I always get interrupted or I am forced to make the sessions shorter because of the lack of time/privacy. As I am looking at my log, it is pretty inconsistent and progressive overload, which is the main principle of hanging, is quite difficult for me to reach.
People also say that one should hang every single day, at least 1 light set, so that the penis tissue stays in the "broken" state and is always at least a bit fatigued when training it the next time. But sometimes Im forced to just take full days off and Im afraid it will just make my penis heal stronger and then I will need to use heavier weights (which I dont have right now...and not for the next couple of months).

Also I read a great article about the comparison of Hanging vs Extending. Basically, one of the main points of this article was that you can transition from extending to hanging BUT you cannot transition from hanging to extending (or at least it would be very difficult..because of the much more intense nature of hanging).
Then I thought that as of right now, Im not even able to hang consistently to get that progressive overload PLUS in general, there is this very mixed guidance regarding hanging. Some people say light weights and longer sessions, some people say short sessions and very heavy weights, some people hang every day, some take rest days, also the routine structure looks different for everyone. To be honest, Im a bit afraid to progress into hanging huge amounts of weight from my penis if I am not even sure that it will make me gain.
Especially, when I think about it, there is nothing else after hanging. Nothing more intense. If I dont get my length with hanging then what should I do? Because if I would get to a point that I would hang 50 lbs, it would certainly make no sense to go to extending suddenly, since the forces would be incomparably lighter. Also my penis would be probably so strong and tough that literally nothing could extend it, except those 50 lbs. And even those heavy weights are not a guarantee to a longer penis (even you, DLD, said that you didnt gain that much hanging and you was hanging heavy).



SO my plan now is to buy an extender, because I feel like a more gentle but constant tension is the way to go, at least for me. Also, many of them are clinically tested (even adviced by doctors) and everyone who did it the right way got some gains. Another thing I like about extending is the fact that it is pretty straight forward. You just put it on and wear it for some time. No need to always think about the amount of weight like in hanging.
However, I cant buy an extender now, probably around October I will. So until then I will just do manual work SRT style. After all, DLD gained mainly through manual work and as far as I remember, me too basically, because before this hanging thing I have always been doing just manual work.
So I want to squeeze out as much as possible from manual work in the next 4 months and then buy an extender and wear it for the 6-12 months or so. And THEN maybe I will get back into hanging as the LAST resort.
 
But now I wonder what my manual length work should look like? What length work should I do instead of hanging?
