The best time to stretch is when your penis is in the state of fatigue. This state can be reached in two different ways. The first way is through over training length until you have fatigue. Check out the DLD blasters as an example. The other way is after you have an orgasm you have a refractory period of about 30 to 60 minutes where your pelvic floor muscles are too tired to Hold back to stretch. At that point penis is the most stretchable.

Also, DLD can I ask you something? How did you achieve the 2 inches in one year? Did you just hang? Or did you do also something else? Also, how did your sessions look like and what did you do the remaining time of the day outside of your sessions? Can you please describe it? I am really looking for some motivation and inspiration and to make sure I am doing everything right. Thank you so much.

Actually I got 2 inches in six months. I did basically the newbie routine and I added in a bunch of other exercises to that. Lots of fulcrum work using the Lengthmaster. I also trained about 8 to 10 hours a day every day. The fastest way to get to where I got to is SRT
 
Damn, that's a lot, 8-10 hours a day for 6 months! Did that include the all day stretching? Or just the manual training? Just wandering what weight you was hanging for the 6 months? I'm just waiting for tape to start hanging as the bib gave me a real bad eq 0.75" less length, so haven't been hanging since! ?

I included many different things. In the beginning I went all manual but then when the Lengthmaster came out I went with that. I did hang for about three months but didn’t gain very much. All in all I would say the SRT sums up my entire career in PE.

8-10 hours per day, thats a lot..I hang every day for 1-2 hours, that looks like nothing in comparison with what you did...
Did you do 8-10 hours active stretching or passive?
Also what about your EQ? When I overdo it with stretching my penis just shrinks.

Well I didn’t believe in penis enlargement when I started, I thought PE was bullshit but I understood the mechanics of getting harder elections, So I went full out on the routine hoping to get harder erections which I got almost immediately. I did this for six months not expecting to gain anything but I was very pleased with my EQ. One morning my girlfriend at the time and asked me if my penis was still growing and that took me back, kind of blew my mind. I measured that day and I gained 2 inches in length.

My routine was basically the newbie routine on steroids LOL I would do basic stretching three times a day which would take about three hours. I did fulcrum work with the Lengthmaster, which took another couple of hours. Anytime that I was resting I would have a heating pad around my penis. As far as girth went I did it the whole day. I spent a half hour getting myself expanded and then when the expansion went down I’ll do another session, etc. I also did extensive flaccid training. I did the testicle health massage and stretch twice a day. At any time that I was out and about I was keeping myself in an in an elongated state using ADS. I would do a monster girth session right before I went to bed so that my cock was as big as possible when I had sex in. And I did Kegels all day all day.
 
I have the same issues, was hanging 20 pounds the other week, I Shrank 0.75" worse eq, so I stopped!

Never stop when there’s shrinkage, shrinkage is going to happen after you work out your penis, it’s exhausted.
 
Did u keep heat pad away from dangleberry's? Apparently heat near dangleberry's ain't good for testosterone. So you used heat pad during day instead of sleeve or ads? Cool, sounds like to much work for me!

I wrapped it around my penis not my balls. But even if I did wrap my scrotum the heat is not hot enough to affect anything in a negative way
 
Ok, I didn't know that! Bit offputting hanging 20 pounds then measuring 0.75"less, makes me not want to carry on, big loss! Maybe I should carry on with bib until tape gets here!
