2.set - 0,75 kg (10 minutes) ..... didnt do full 20 minutes because my penis slipped out

I splitted the session because of time constraints:

2.set - 0,75 kg (10 + 10 minutes) ... I had to take it off in the middle of the set and then continue again because it started to slip
.....during this second set I used no silicap (because it just got broken) and I used a different padding for the inside of the vacuum, the gel one.
The first 10 minutes were ok, but the second 10 minutes of the set my foreskin started to get pulled forward and so the silisleeve started to slip off. I had to hold it at the base a little to keep it at place. At the end of the set I let it go and it just slipped out. I dont know if its because of the foreskin or the sleeve is too stretched out already....I dont know what to do.

Friday, Saturday and Sunday I didnt hang because of privacy but I did 10 minutes of stretches before bed each of those days.
On Friday I did all directions, on Saturday I did side-to-side stretches and on Sunday I did straight out stretches.
In the beginning I always did 5 minutes of bundled stretches.
