Also I have a question. It is the end of February, so basically the end of my first month of hanging. I wish I had been more consistent, but I did hang on every day that I could. I have together 15 sessions so far (in precisely 3 weeks). Each session consisting of 2 sets. First set 0,25 kg for 30 minutes and second set 0,5 kg for 30 minutes.
Where do you think I should go now with the progression? I am not sure if to add number of sets or add up the weight, or both. Or first one and the other? What would you recommend right now at this point?
Also for the future, how would you recommend me to do the progression?

I would go with five sets of 20 minutes a day if that’s possible. That will give you a broad spectrum of time and effort throughout the day. As the future comes I would not go beyond five sets I would add weight to each set. I would like to see you getting bundled stretches in before each routine to pre-stretcher tunica.

The timing really doesn’t matter getting five sets in a day is very formidable. As far as weight is concerned I highly recommend looking at some of my pyramid routines to see how I spread the way over a build up in a bill down to take advantage of fatigue and make the best growth possible. You can find those two hanging routines in the SRT routine.

Friday, Saturday and Sunday off - because of lack of privacy

Im gonna start again tommorrow (monday) and hopefully everything is gonna go well again. Im planning to cut off the extra length from the durosleeve, hopefully its not gonna cause it to break sooner.

In general, during the last 3 weeks I noticed some progress in hanging, especially in the following areas:
1. weight feels lighter, even during the heaviest sets...the first set feels like nothing
2. when I massage my penis in between sets and stretch it, I can feel and see that it stretches out further and easier
3. I noticed slightly longer flaccid ... I still shrink sometimes but when my flaccid is at its best it seems longer than before

I really have been lacking privacy recently, therefore, I havent done as many sets as I was supposed to....however, it seems to have affected my EQ positively as well as the overall appearance (length and girth) of my penis....in other words, I feel like it has been like an active recovery and my penis doesnt feel tired at all
But as soon as I will be able to...even tommorrow, I will do all 5 sets, that is always the goal.

Weekends I have no privacy at all...maybe I will manage to do one light set on Saturday...I will see.

Wow, the consistency in this thread is amazing. I would definitely have measured by now myself. I measured monthly during my initial phase of PE to track progress and ensure the routines I was using were working.

...after that I wanted to do the last set with 1 kg...but immediately it started to slip out again...then I tried with 0,75, it started to slip out again....
So that is the end of today´s session.
To be honest today was one of the worst sessions I have had because I had very low libido which showed on my flaccid, which was in poor state most of the time, shrinking, retracting, just overall looking smaller and deflated....
Previous week, as you can read in the earlier post above, was much better. Every session I felt very fresh and my flaccid was big, full of blood, pliable, and most importantly stretchable to a good length, also I felt like the weights I was hanging were really stretching my penis. I had no problem getting an erection in between sets...today that was almost impossible, I had trouble getting semi-flaccid, let alone erection.
I really dont know whats going on....I was wondering if the decrease in libido cannot be the effect of watching adult entertainment always before the session.

But anyway, I also measured in between sets, just for fun...and my penis was about 13,5 cm NBPEL... which is not very good because it is the smallest that I have ever measured. However, as I already mentioned my libido and also EQ were quite bad, so that may have been the detrimental factor when measuring.

Last week, when I was getting an erection in between sets to get some bloodflow in, I didnt measure but I just saw that my penis was long and overall it looked bigger than when I started 2 months ago.
Today, even if I managed to get it hard, it looked like even if it was hard, a part of it was kinda inside....if you know what I mean, like it was not all the way out exposed and erect like last week...it was weird. Today decreased my self-esteem a bit because of this measurement.


I dont know what to do now...



Regarding the increase of weight, I was thinking about it. I thought that I may incresease the first set from 0,25 to 0,5. And then the second set 0,75 ... 3rd set 1 kg ...4th set 1,25 and 5th set go back to 1 kg or 1,25 kg again...and so on. Does it look good or what kind of progression would you recommend?

Today I felt much better.
By the way, after the first and second set I didnt take off the silistretcher, I just took off the weight and I massaged my penis a bit even though it was inside the sleeve. I didnt want to overstretch the sleeve.
