UPDATE for my Progress Log

My new routine I'm going to be following is: 10 Minutes of Hooked Ligament Stretches, 20 minutes LengthMaster Bundles, 20 Minutes Hanging with the LM (my current max hang weight is 16 lbs), 15 Minutes SSJ, 30 Minutes Pumping High Intensity (I go up to 60kPa for brief periods but stay mostly around 36-45kPa). I'm going to do this routine at night. In the morning I will do 20 minutes of LM bundles. I will be using my knockoff SG extender or my silistretcher all day until I go to bed.

I've been getting more used to wrapping for the length master and have been getting comfortable results with sports pre wrap, then black self adhering tape, then the ace bandage.
There's a learning curve when you use the length master.But it sounds like you have mastered it
 
Been doing 1hr straight LM bundle sessions the past few days. My Bone Pressed Flaccid Stretch Length is currently at 8" after these sessions. FSL From Side is even at ~8.25" I've been thinking if I can keep this up maybe I can hit 8.5" FSL by the end of May. I haven't been getting any kind of soreness lately despite these long sessions. I'm going to add in the newbie stretches in all directions to my routine and see if this will make any difference.
 
Excellent news. 8.5 is a monster number. I a happy you are using the lengthmaster to the of your ability
 
I think incorporating the Newbie Stretches is making a difference already. I noticed that it's easier to perform the Hooked Ligament Stretches and the Ligaments feel more elastic after completing the Newbie Stretches. I got in a solid 3 hours of Girth Work last night as well - alternating pumping and SSJ's with two 30min Duroring sets. One more thing I'm going to do is use the Ball Ringer Kit from Pumptoys. The attachment point on my scrotum is very high, just under my circumcision scar. I'm going to wear the BRK after all my length and girth work is completed. I'm hoping this will help because if I can get my balls to hang lower and reduce my turkey neck, my shaft will definitely appear much larger.

I've switched to the UJW Ace Wrap for my ADS when I'm outside as I get unbearable pinching when I use my knockoff SG Extender, and when I wear the Silistretcher outside the Sleeves will rip in as little as 2-3 uses (I believe due to warmth). When I'm at home I use my Kockoff SG extender at Max tension for as long as I can and then reduce tension so as to not get a cold, numb glans.

As far as supplements I've been taking lately, I'm on 15g of Citrulline DL-Malate daily, divided into three 5g doses, Beetroot Powder and Raw Cacao Powder, all for healthy blood flow/vasodilation. I'm also taking a Libido Supplement that contains Horny Goat Weed, Tribulus, Oat Seed Extract, Sarsaparilla, Ho Shou Wu, Maca, Tongkat Ali and Saw Palmetto.

I really want to get to 10" BPEL and be 5-6" flaccid length, with 7" MSEG. I think that would be pretty nice. I would love & appreciate any thoughts, comments & feedback about what I'm doing!!

Big dreams! That would be a monster size! If you are getting sleeves from us you can let them know and they will resend new ones. The question is why are they ripping? Do you have long nails? That is usually the issue when they rip.

Yeah, I wanna be hung like Brickzilla. I definitely feel like I have a monster in me waiting to get ripped out !! & No, my nails are really short actually. I think it's because of the heat and probably the friction of rubbing against my pants as I move. I used to wear my SG all day with no pinching at all - I kept a thin & soft piece of cloth at the base and I could wear it for 8+ hours without removing it, but now I have more girth so I don't have room for the cloth piece at the base. I may get the JES XXL Base Extender at some point. It's 54mm x 63mm. Very expensive for me though ~$350. The Ace Wrap is super comfortable and easy to move around in, but it's not really giving me the tension or stretched length that would be possible with the extender. The Ace wrap keeps me at about 5" length. When I'm at home I'll extend with my knockoff SG extender to about 7.75". Btw my max length in my 2.5" Pump is also about 7.75"-7.875" even though my flaccid stretch length is 8"-8.25". I haven't measure BPEL in several months. I measured my Base Girth about a week ago with the Duroring on at 7". I definitely have an easier time with girth than length, but I really want length the most.

I'm going to try to get as many plateau busting sessions in this month as I can and continue to measure my progress.

Not everything is as what it seams to be! This is important to know, so we do not get stuck in: Penis Dismorphic Disorder (PDD).
If you must watch these naked people movies, watch everything with a critical viewpoint/objectively. When you know every trick they do to make everything appear bigger/smaller, they have no power over you.
