Hey everyone, I've been doing PE since ~2014-2015 and used to have a progress log here but I deleted it so I'm starting a new one.

My current routine is going to include:

1. 10-15 minutes Slow Squash Jelq followed by 10-15 minutes Air Pumping to warm up.

2. 20 minutes of Bundles and 20 minutes of Ligament Stretches.

3. Newbie Stretches (all angles) 3 sets of 30 sec in each direction.

4. More Pumping.. at least 1 hour total and maybe up to 2 hours if i feel like it.

5. ADS with my silistretcher. I'm planning on getting a Sizegenetics extender for using while I'm at home because I feel like the tension is better but I think the Silistretcher is better for going outside with because its more flexible. I used to have one but I threw it away, I can't even remember why LOL.

6. Hanging with my Silistretcher. 3 sets at 6lbs, 8lbs, 10lbs for 10 minutes, 15 minutes and 20 minutes respectively. I'm planning on getting the Lengthmaster for Hanging because I eventually want to move up to heavier weights.

7. Testicle Health Massage and Stretches. I have the turkey neck really bad and I'm trying to reverse it. I'm looking into the leather stretcher, ball weights and ball rings. Not sure what is best or if they'll help at all. I may just get the surgery, should the opportunity present itself,as I've read it's inexpensive and easy.

I have two Cylinders for pumping right now, one is an Adam & Eve Electric Pump 2.5" diameter which I actually really like, and the other is a 2.25" LA Pump Thickwall Cylinder which has really good suction, definitely better than the Adam&Eve one. They're both kind of too big for me though as my Base Girth is only 6.0" and Mid-Shaft is 5.0" so I'm going to get a 1.75" Cylinder for length and see how that is. If that one is still too big then I'll get a 1.5" Cylinder to really focus on length. Then I'll pretty much have all the cylinders I'll ever need.

Right now my Silistretcher is broken, one durosleeve ripped in half while i was hanging, and the other is torn in a few places so I can't hang or get a good stretch with the silistretcher, which I'm kinda sad about. I just have one sleeve that I'm using for anti-turtling because I guess it's better than nothing and its cold as fuck where I live. I'm trying to stretch out the Silisleeves I got because they are too tight. If I can get those loosened up a lil bit then I'll get back to hanging.

I'm going to be supplementing with Nitric Oxide boosting supplements like Beetroot, Cacao Powder, and maybe L-arginine, and exercising to get better circulation.

I've read on here it's possible to gain 2.0" in a year so that's what I'm going for.

I think that's about it. I'll update this progress log once a month.

Starting Measurements (~2014)
Erect Length: 5.5"
Girth: IDK probably like 5.0" Base Girth

Current Measurements:
Girth: 6.0" Base Girth 5.0" Mid-Shaft
Length: 100% BPEL 6.9-7.0"

I did achieve an EL of 7.5" around 2018 which I'm hoping to get back and surpass.

Goal Measurements:
BPEL: 8.5" - 9.0"
Girth: 7.0-7.5"

So I've decided to change my routine due to my short attention span.

#1. 5 minutes Bundles.

#2. 5 minutes Lig Stretches.

#3. 1 Set Newbie Stretches.

at least one round of #1-3 exercises, and up to 4.

#4. 5-20min. of Slow Squash Jelqs.

#5. 15 min. - 2 hrs. Pumping.

#6. All Day Extender.

I kind of quit caring about my TN scrotum, I don't think its that big of a deal.

I don't have an income source now but I got an amazon gift card as a present that I bought a cheap extender and some velcro to mod it with. It already broke at the base but I caught it just in time and taped that B**** up and am continuing to use it. My ligs have been getting slightly sore lately so I think this is a good sign. Never had any problems with the SG extender.

I think that's it for now. Haven't had any noticeable gains and I've been drinking a lot of coffee which I feel like might be hurting my girth a little bit. Probably going to measure again in May. Definitely going to try the L-Citrulline when I can afford it. I noticed there are high doses like 8g in some of the Pump Products that body builders use.

I haven't had any noticeable gains yet. I'm going to measure tomorrow. Haven't been as consistent as I planned but I'm going to keep going. My new routine will be:

10 minutes bundles, 10 minutes Lig stretches, newbie stretches, 20 min. SSJ, 30 min. pumping, and then all day extender. All of this 2x a day, once in the morning and again at night.

My ligaments have been burning pretty good the past few days. I've been starting to incorporate expressive bundles ... grabbing behind the sack, twisting and pulling straight out. I've also been increasing the tension with my extender for longer periods of time.
 
Excellent almost an inch over average
I'm not going to be satisfied until I'm at least 8"x 6.5". I've been broke for months now... Tbh it's kinda bumming me out because i feel like i could be making much better gains if I had some supplements (Nitric Oxide precursors like citrulline and cacao powder) and more tools (length master, skinnier pump, wide base extender, & I have a replacement silistretcher that I haven't been able to afford the shipping for ). 😑 My EQ has been really bad lately too. Do you guys know if the SG extender has a wide base option? I used to put my whole package through the extender but this cheap amazon extender I have has such a small base that it takes me like 5 minutes to force my balls and penis through. Its kinda a pain to do that but I can get a longer stretch that way... about ~8" compared to ~7.25 with balls behind the base.
