Ya just from my experience, it's never the most pleasant feeling because the penis is worked and sore from sex. Doesn't make a pleasant session of extending, that's for sure.
 
What's the opinion on sex and workouts? Girlfriend and I had some fun yesterday (my rest day) and today with my thicker member. Can I continue as planned with my BM and SG workout today?
Of course you can, why not? Let me tell you if your penis is sore and experiencing fatigue I would say work through it by doing stretches. When you’re sore you can always stretch flaccid and if you’re in fatigue there’s no better time to stretch as your pelvic floor muscles are too tired to hold back on the stretch. Girth is different, if you’re feeling fatigued from girth work you will need to rest so that you have good EQ for the next session. But like I said while you’re waiting for a good EQ to come back take it vantage of the situation and stretch your penis

Perfect that's exactly what I did! Took brother Jake's advice and extended in my SG. First couple hours it was sore but after felt fine. I made the choice not to do girth work and saved it for this morning so I'm glad I read your mind ;)

New year, new penis. Here we go!

Some background info..
Began PE with a basic Bathmate routine in February '18 to May. Took a break until end of this October 2018 because I kept getting red dots, discoloration and bruising ... my guy is slightly darker. It is known as hemosiderin. The blood leaves iron in the skin, causing it to be darker. I have been exfoliating in the shower and applying 10% panthenol cream and it has slightly worked.

I have logged 96 hours so far into Size genetics in the past 7 weeks (November & December). It isn't much, but it's conditioned myself so I can now wear it for 6 hours a day. I'll be wearing it for 1 hour before taking a 5-10 minute break to put it back on. I also had taken a 2 week break from the bathmate to alleviate some darkening. Will be doing 5x5x3 rather than longer duration. Lost ¼ inch in girth with the time off.

Sizegenetics - (main tool used for extending and growing)​
Phallosan - (sleeping and healing while stretched)​
Bathmate - (girth work 5x5x3)​
MOS Silicone Sleeve - (daily healing while stretched)​

According to this 90% of your gains will come from the sizegenetics.

So keep up with the sg. If you want to change something then change the other workouts not the sg.

Wear it 1,5 each session not 1 hour,somebody said that.

The trick is to wear it 1,5 and the last 15min if you feel it goes towards the pain barrier then you good. Be patient with that 15min, take off and massage and go again.

If you feeling nothing the last 15min then the force wasn't there, it's a fact that the best PE is not a gentle PE.

And those who say extending above your length size and so. They to don't understand that it's the force that is important not the length achievement in the extender.

Someone can extend a high force 1,5h and still be an inch lower then erect size. The other can extend above erect size and there isn't a strong force applied.

So that's just a fairytale that the length is to be achieved to create micro damage.

It's the force that creates that.

Thanks for your input! It's funny you mention that because I was actually considering 1½ hour sessions beginning next week.

Currently I am at half inch beyond erected state, and that's how I gauge my tension. Keep you guys up to date

A half of an inch above your erect size is a big deal! That’s your future ready to happen. Very proud of you Dan you have done wonderful work here keep it up!

Haven't gained half inch yet! I extend a half inch beyond. Can't wait to measure next week because it is looking thicker and longer! Thanks for the encouragement and support brother! Will post my weekly update Saturday morning ;)

Tried the 1½ hour sessions today.

First 1 ½ session went smooth, slight discomfort last 10 mins.
Second 1 ½ session was very uncomfortable last 20 minutes.
Third session I could only handle 1¼. was very uncomfortable and painful...

Pretty worked now, so I'm going to end the extending today at just over 4 hours and heal in a stretched state tonight. Going to go ahead with my bathmate session tomorrow morning and maybe extend Friday evening if EQ is okay...

Pretty worked now, so I'm going to end the extending today at just over 4 hours and heal in a stretched state tonight. Going to go ahead with my bathmate session tomorrow morning and maybe extend Friday evening if EQ is okay...
It's better to do two sessions and the other two half a day later (3+ hours in between)

Or if you couldn't otherwise, then lower the force by 500 or 1000g the last session.

Oh okay, so with this method it isn't about duration it is about force.

80% of the pain at the base. Which is fine because I do normally feel the pull there but it was too unbearable from minute 75-90.

The glans hurt when the noose comes off because the blood goes back in the glans

Woke up today and my EQ seems fine.

Another week in the books!

Weekly Notes:
  • Attempted the stronger method of longer sets (1½) SG on Thursday & Friday. Too much pain. Unfortunately total time is down this week because of it.
  • Slept with VLC tugger instead of PF. More comfortable, and no discoloration on my urethra
  • BM sessions are still awesome. Did 2 sets today (Saturday) to try out the comfort.
  • Need a new cock ring because my previous ones are too expanded and the other ones are a bit too tight to wear more than an hour.
  • Bundles before any work A.M & P.M
Don't think girth is up this week, but length seems to be. Friday the 1st I measure. Will be getting some active recovery with the lady ;)

Silirings? ;) Which rings have you had? I'm curious because I have a big load of rings, I once even made a small thread about few different ones.
