Week 2

Weekly Notes:
  • Extending in SG went smooth
  • BM sessions are kicking ass! Finally got the hang of SSJ's!
  • Slight edema from today's session.
  • Cock ring after each BM session for 5-6 hours
  • Slept with PF 3 hours 3x this week after P.M extending
  • Bundles before any work A.M & P.M
  • MEG is up! 4
Told myself I'd only measure once a month, but when I woke up with an erection I noticed it was thicker so I measured :) Can't wait for the silicone sleeves & cap to come in. PF's sleeve sucks and it will make extending more comfortable too.

How long does it take you to get to full intensity? Silly question I know.. but, just want to ensure I'm approaching this with all angles covered

It varies depending upon frequency...if I've had a few 'rest days', I won't be able to pump-to-max until the third set (or sometimes not at all and have to wait for the following day). I immediately back-off the pressure if I feel any sharp pain.

HAHA! Oh my, I was way off. I like The Beastie Boys, at least the little amount I've listened. I think I've only heard maybe 2 or 3 songs from them, they weren't so huge in Finland to my knowledge.
Then again, many things got to here slowly. And I was pretty young when Beastie Boys were on the "brink". (Heck, I wasn't even born when band had formed! )

Back on topic, I hope the best for Dan and that his sessions go smoothly!

It seems that since I've been doing the SSJ's I get excellent expansion in my Mid shaft even post workout, but not so much from my base to 1" of my base because that's where I clamp my hand. Should I clamp my hand at my base, instead of 1" up?

No don’t worry on that your base will thicken with heavy downward stretching or hanging. If you have a lens master use the bundle chamber to hang the heaviest weight you can handle. Your basil chicken so quickly you have to stop doing it. The base of the penis is the easiest place to gain girth and I has nothing to do with girth exercise it has everything to do with heavy downward stretching.

  • Extending in SG went well, added 5 hours total this week. Been really feeling the ligs get pulled at the base from hours 4-6
  • Slept with PF 5x this week during sleep after P.M extending
  • Silicone cap is a life saver with the PF Thursday & Friday!
  • BM sessions are going great! Lots of expansion. Sticking with every other day workouts
  • Cock ring after each BM session for 6-7 hours (is this too much? It's comfortable, not too restrictive)
  • Bundles before any work A.M & P.M
I think I'm up in size but I am not going to measure until February 1st!

Cock ring for 6-7 hours does sound a lot, but if it's comfortable and you check for blood flow ever so often, then go for it. If your glans stays warm and the whole unit feels good, then I don't see why not.
As long as the restriction isn't too much, then all is fine. I mean, I've worn my Ring of Power at times for many hours and even that provides some restriction without ill effects.

Anyway, looking good my Brother, keep at it! Really loving that sheet, it's so easy to read.

Thank you! The ring is one of the black rings from Home Depot. When I go flaccid, it restricts just enough, not overly tight at all and I do check every hour I'll readjust it.

That's some serious discipline in that routine man. Wow, I'm impressed. Stay consistent with your training and over the next six months with a routine like that you will see some serious gains.
 
What's the opinion on sex and workouts? Girlfriend and I had some fun yesterday (my rest day) and today with my thicker member. Can I continue as planned with my BM and SG workout today?
