What do you mean by heal ?I guess it’s taking a little longer to heal since I increased my twist.

If you go to hard you need to rest it while keeping it wrapped. What do you mean by heal ?
I think ever since I did a full twist I’ve lost elasticity because it doesn’t seem to stretch as farIt could be as low as a half turn and as much as two turns depending on your length and comfort. One turn is optimal and will bring you the stretch you want. But as you go on constantly, try to get more turn in.I currently can twist twice. But when I first invented this exercise, I could only twist once. So as time goes by, you will have more opportunity to twist
Really most men feel extra elasticity. Maybe back off a half a turn that might work better for you.I think ever since I did a full twist I’ve lost elasticity because it doesn’t seem to stretch as far
Do you think it’s cause I may have stretched with more force too? I wouldn’t say I lost elasticity, but it feels more turtle like hard flaccidReally most men feel extra elasticity. Maybe back off a half a turn that might work better for you.
That's normal as you adjust to this exercise. I remember when I was at a half a turn.I got the hard penis syndrome which lasted about a week but I didn't come back. And do less, I came back. And did more.Do you think it’s cause I may have stretched with more force too? You’re saying I should go harder? LolThat's normal as you adjust to this exercise. I remember when I was at a half a turn.I got the hard penis syndrome which lasted about a week but I didn't come back. And do less, I came back. And did more.
No, what i'm saying is, if you only go a half a turn, that's just fine. And you can increase over time. You’re saying I should go harder? Lol
Understood. Been back to half a turn past couple days and less force and I can tell the improvement. Obviously went too hard and needed time. No, what i'm saying is, if you only go a half a turn, that's just fine. And you can increase over time.
this will be your main thing to pay attention to as you're progressing : "what is too much, and what is just below too much, growth lies there"Understood. Been back to half a turn past couple days and less force and I can tell the improvement. Obviously went too hard and needed time.
I have 3 different pump routines I use in no particular order. Just whatever I'm feeling that day. I've been pumping since August 2024 so I know exactly what my D can tolerate and the inner swell I'm looking for. Always between -8 and -12hg. I've gone as high as -25hg while wearing a sleeve and it just destroys EQ and causes skin damage. Anything over -15hg is pointless and dangerous. The sweet spot for great expansion and minimal edema is right around -10hg, but may take time to build up to it and then become comfortable. I used to dread going that high or using a tube without a silicone pad, have no problem with anything under -15hg and using zero pad.Been missing your posts,I'm scared of using vacuum strechers because of blisters and also how long you pump?
I've also been spending most of my time at the PharmaPE discord. Really helping to fine tune my supplement stack and I've been researching chemical + peptide PE. What I've learned, sorry to say, is that biological presets determine the maximum size of your D and past puberty all you can truly hope to achieve, with current non invasive non surgical science and medicine is the maximum expansion of your inner penile chambers. Once that is achieved growing past that as an adult is basically impossible. I'm trying to find a way to induce penile hyperplasia and hypertrophy in adults or at least push into the 110% area past normal expansion while accelerating healing. Most PE guys won't venture into this area as it is very theoretical and dangerous. I'm trying to be as safe as possible and avoid anything that messes with hormones and genes, which frankly speaking is extremely limiting in potential growth but also avoids systemic risks.Been missing your posts,I'm scared of using vacuum strechers because of blisters and also how long you pump?
Brand names don't matter. They all do the same thing. I dont know what TRT is. I got the vacuum cups from Massive Novelties and EpicExtender. I only bought them there because I fell for the marketing and epic was the only place with XXXL cup sizes (which I use if I pump before hanging). Its really just a matter of preference where you get cups from. What type of vacuum hanger are you using and did you get on TRT ?
I did 2 inches erect length in a year. Went from 6 1/2 to 8 1/2.Huge girth Wrote me you can gain 2,5 Inches in length in a year is that realistic i wanna hear your opinion
Absofuckinglutely! Spent 3 to 6 hours on hanging and pumping every single day for an entire year to gain 2 inches. Most of us here can confirm for those who just started on the PE journey. The tissues are not dense, and they are ready to be trained very quickly. If you're one of those, "I'll work real hard in 3 months, and if I don't see results, I'll just stop". It will take a disciplined and consistent routine approach daily to obtain what you get in a year. Don't expect the penis to go from 0 to 1in in 3 months, 6 months, or 9 months. You will see progressive gains, but it will take your dedication to get the gains. There is no taking shortcuts. There is no cutting corners. There is no "cheating" your ways to the gains.
And yes, I've gained over an inch after a year worth of discipline girth AND length routine. If you're chasing after girth, you can achieve it a bit faster than a combo of both.
@oldjust just read something I've never seen before posted at another forum and it looks very promising at first glance. I'm super busy until tomorrow so I can't look into it now.
Check out... LI-ESWT low intensity extra corporeal shockwave treatment.
It causes narrow form shockwaves, so... similar to let's say for a relatable analogy like a water nozzle. Radial burst, similar to the mist setting does nothing, what does work in clinical settings is the jet stream which is far more narrow and only affects a small specific area and can easily cause cuts or tears in tissue if the intensity is too high. It's the same as LiST, or low intensity soundwave/soundwave therapy. The same technology with different changes in name. The only upgrade to the technology is the frequency adjustments, ranging between 2Hz to as high as 48MHz.
The Li-ESWT covers a wider range of frequencies to cover specific needs, normally in the range of 2Hz to around 24Hz, but the at home and mid cost (below $1k) only have radial bursts where shockwaves and soundwaves scatter all under the skin in a pyramidal shape, or fan shape. Radial has been proven to be a bust.
Focused sound (acoustic) and shockwaves have way too high of a cost, ranging a minimum of $3.2k to as high as $10k. It's about specific adjustment of depths to concentrate through narrow beams, while delivering a specific energy load directly to that programmed depth. This is where it works and recorded to have application benefits, but it will take bit of clinical knowledge to apply the waveform properly. It doesn't take a genius, but it does take a bit of learning. Wrong adjust settings can cause tears quite fast, even at 8Hz.
I want to do slow squash jelqing, how many times should I do it during the day to get good results and in how many sessions?
