Excellent tracking. See how lower weights and resets are essential to prevent the body from fighting back? We need to shove this into every part of our brains when it comes to PE. Drastic approaches doesn't mean perfect solution. We need to step back at times and perform total resets.
And moreove everybody needs to know their limits and listen to their body to go forward. I spent about two years getting to my max workout. Over that time, I increased intensity over and over. Take your time and listen to your body and get there is soon as you're physically able.

Honestly I feel like I'm approaching my max. Gains are taking 2 to 3 times as long as they did 6 months ago. What I need to do is consolidate my Erect length with my flaccid stretched length as there is about a full inch difference. Any suggestions on how to build erect length?
 
@DLD may have a unique perspective for you on this matter.

For those who I worked with during a slow down, it's not really a slow down but the body simply couldn't catch up to reprogram its new normal. Those who I planned out a last ditch attempt before a long rest is to max out the body low intensity load for 24 hours straight. Since you have a 2.2lbs good return after the long hang, you might consider an extender or an ADS for a full 24 hours at 2.5lbs to 3lbs.

A sudden rise on stress loads for a brief period of time (for a month to two) will force the brain to go into crisis mode for a quick reprogramming. Then keep the lower level of 2lbs for another month to consolidate all fhe gains as you fully cement it.

Erect, stretching will really help you close that gap. Also a new exercise I have come up with which I will soon post. But in the meantime, keep up with erect stretching.As this is the fastest way to close that gap.

I changed up my routine again. Every other day I have been hot bath pumping for 20 minutes at -10hg, 4 minutes on 1 minute off x5. I've learned how to limit edema on the underside of the glans by bunching up enough shaft skin from the base that the foreskin just barely comes down past the glans ridge when fully pumped.

Then immediately after, putting on a 46mm cup and hanging for 3+ hours doing incremental loading between 1kg to 2.5kg. My glans fits the XXL cup size perfectly post pump except for vertical thickness. Have to add extra tissues underneath to try and limit edema from the vacuum cup when hanging. Personally I don't like tape. Just my preference.

I started using a weight loss peptide. Similar to Ozempic. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING CHEMICALS WITHOUT CONSULTING AN ACTUAL DOCTOR. At my middle age my metabolism definitely is not what it was 25 years ago. I'm looking to get rid of this fat pad and maybe find an additional centimeter of measurement in the process. Solidify those bone pressed flaccid measurements over 10 inches.

Everything looks good, but a few snags, but you'll work that out in time. As far as your age goes, i'm in that position also myself, well, i'm probably a few years older than you. When I had a fat pad, I started walking every day then.Eventually, I got to jogging a few miles a day at that greatly, helped with my fat pad, and my body fat Ratio

Shaft certainly feels thicker, wife says it absolutely is. 3 more weeks till a big decon. I will measure girth gains a couple days after stopping. Checked a couple days ago and bpsfl decreased slightly. Was hitting 25cm and am now 24.6cm. It was expected and will bounce back when I resume hanging start of the new year.

My reflections over the last 16 months. PE works, not anything specific other than if you fill your dick with blood long and hard enough over a lot of time it will get bigger. If I could tell myself something when I first started; avoid the gimmicks like vibration and NIR lights, pump in the bath always, don't get caught up in the drama between proprietors and influences, find a tube only slightly bigger than your shaft, even if it seems like you can go higher stay around 10hg, testosterone regulating supplements works wonders, dont fuck with hormone injections, slowly simulating priaprism works, vacuum hanging is superior to compression hanging, build that under the desk rig asap, use a toe shield around the sleeve on the cup to hang heavier weight, there absolutely is a biological limit that is set in stone once puberty ends and science probably will not figure out how to restart pubescent growth localized to the penis within your lifetime... but PE can take you to the very maximum of your limit.

Been missing your posts,I'm scared of using vacuum strechers because of blisters and also how long you pump?

What type of vacuum hanger are you using and did you get on TRT ?
 
Yes, the inner penis, or the hidden 1in to 1.5in of hidden segment of the penis below the base of the penis, can be stretched out. You will sacrifice the penis from pointing upwards when you're erected. See the diagram below. Do you see the suspensory ligament, the large white band?

Yes, strapping the Length Master close to the base when you're stretching downwards and between the cheeks (BTC) will loosen and weaken that suspensory ligament. Most of us will gain from 0.5in to 1in easily from that suspensory release of the hidden "inner penis", or the inner segment. Of course, you'll lose the ability to make your penis standing straight up like a tree to impress your lady, but at the same time, you'll get that extra gain of length.


Your girthier base is just that, girthier because it's near the base. The base is the supporting structure of the entire penis. Without a strong base, your penis can "fracture" during intense sexual acts. I nearly came close to that a few times when my wife rode me like crazy nimphomaniac when we first met. My base was not that thick and strong enough to support her crazy mounting and sexual acts. Penis nearly bent 90 degrees near the base the wrong direction.

So, yes, you can pull that base segment out. Yes, you can get that extra girthier base to use as your advantage. But, you must understand, you have to strengthen that extra length you gain form the base since the suspensory ligament is now very week. Pumping and moderate pressure from downward jelqing will do just that. DLD came up with the DLD Blasters to focus near the base is for that purpose. On top of that, you can use the Length Master portion called the "PowerAssist" to strengthen the penile shaft even more through "curling" and "bending" using the bow method, where you pull your penis like an archer pulling the penis string. Look at the PowerAssist exercise section and you'll understand:

Most of us here can confirm for those who just started on the PE journey. The tissues are not dense, and they are ready to be trained very quickly. If you're one of those, "I'll work real hard in 3 months, and if I don't see results, I'll just stop". It will take a disciplined and consistent routine approach daily to obtain what you get in a year. Don't expect the penis to go from 0 to 1in in 3 months, 6 months, or 9 months. You will see progressive gains, but it will take your dedication to get the gains. There is no taking shortcuts. There is no cutting corners. There is no "cheating" your ways to the gains.

And yes, I've gained over an inch after a year worth of discipline girth AND length routine. If you're chasing after girth, you can achieve it a bit faster than a combo of both.

Yep. Way too high and way too fast. Most tissues don't need to be that high to get the gains as it only needs 5inHg to 7inHg (negative pressure that is) in the pump. 11inHg is already way too high as is in the tissue safety department.
What are the silicone shields?

Ah. That's a reference to both silicone sleeve and to the silicone glans cap. Both acts as a compression sleeve to prevent adema along the shaft and the blister formation on the glans. Unfortunately, during a negative pressure suction, the glans cap separate and create an air cushion gap, and possibly creates blisters because of the air gap. This is why there's a little air bleeding hole near the tip of the cap to let the air out.

When you guys do bundled btc, how much do you twist?? I’ve been doing a full 360 twist and then going btc. But I feel that might be too much of a twist. What do you guys think??

It could be as low as a half turn and as much as two turns depending on your length and comfort. One turn is optimal and will bring you the stretch you want. But as you go on constantly, try to get more turn in.I currently can twist twice.But when I first invented this exercise, I could only twist once. So as time goes by, you will have more opportunity to twist
