You go above and beyond what you normally do. Not going to lie, it is dangerous. I will typically do 10 second to 1 minute interval pumping in the bath between -10 to -12 hg for 20 to 30 minutes. With a fatigue set I will use a chamber which is only 0.125" wider than my length tube and do 10 second to 1 minute intervals between -15 to -25 hg (only for about 3 minutes total at -25hg). The entire workout last for 15 to 20 minutes total. The pressure is so high at -25hg that the water starts getting bubbles within the tube. Like I said, dangerous. I know what my D can handle, exactly the feeling I'm searching for and if anything seems even slightly off I stop the workout entirely, its a tolerance I've built up slowly over an entire year to a workout I dont do often, and frankly would never recommend anyone ever try to copy. It gives me an extreme inner pump like a 110% erection. Afterwards my D is limp and rubbery. Maximum plasticity. But I make sure I can still get an erection and try to keep it for at least 5 to 10 minutes. Let's me know I haven't killed it. My D is typically mildly sore for a couple days after. Its not a lig work out, but an intense tunica expansion penile chamber workout. Once again, dangerous.I've never heard of fatigue pump set up what exactly is this?
