Been missing your posts,I'm scared of using vacuum strechers because of blisters and also how long you pump?
I have 3 different pump routines I use in no particular order. Just whatever I'm feeling that day. I've been pumping since August 2024 so I know exactly what my D can tolerate and the inner swell I'm looking for. Always between -8 and -12hg. I've gone as high as -25hg while wearing a sleeve and it just destroys EQ and causes skin damage. Anything over -15hg is pointless and dangerous. The sweet spot for great expansion and minimal edema is right around -10hg, but may take time to build up to it and then become comfortable. I used to dread going that high or using a tube without a silicone pad, have no problem with anything under -15hg and using zero pad.

1 - 16 minutes total. 4 minutes on, 2 minutes off, repeat 4 times. I got this one from a rat study which showed the optimal gains at this specific level.

2 - 20 minutes straight. Sometimes twice a day. This is endurance, gives phenomenal post girth expansion, but the last 5 to 10 minutes I'm usually squirming to release pressure. Would not recommend for beginners at all.

3 - Rapid Interval Pumping or a variation of it. Have a mechanical timed pump where you can preset routines. I will either do 15 seconds to -15hg then instant release, and set to repeat for 20 minutes. Watch out for edema on this as it is constantly pulling blood into your D. I use this one as prep for a marathon (3 to 6 hour) hang session as it just makes my D very flexible.

I've also been spending most of my time at the PharmaPE discord. Really helping to fine tune my supplement stack and I've been researching chemical + peptide PE. What I've learned, sorry to say, is that biological presets determine the maximum size of your D and past puberty all you can truly hope to achieve, with current non invasive non surgical science and medicine is the maximum expansion of your inner penile chambers. Once that is achieved growing past that as an adult is basically impossible. I'm trying to find a way to induce penile hyperplasia and hypertrophy in adults or at least push into the 110% area past normal expansion while accelerating healing. Most PE guys won't venture into this area as it is very theoretical and dangerous. I'm trying to be as safe as possible and avoid anything that messes with hormones and genes, which frankly speaking is extremely limiting in potential growth but also avoids systemic risks.
 
What type of vacuum hanger are you using and did you get on TRT ?
Brand names don't matter. They all do the same thing. I dont know what TRT is. I got the vacuum cups from Massive Novelties and EpicExtender. I only bought them there because I fell for the marketing and epic was the only place with XXXL cup sizes (which I use if I pump before hanging). Its really just a matter of preference where you get cups from.

What I do recommend is getting good sleeves. I've been using the same sleeves from FuckN Mint on Etsy for 6 months. Only had to replace one of them and trimmed the divots off another to avoid ripping twice.

The rest of my Franken-rig was bought from dollar store (parachord, S hooks) and Homedepot (swivel pulley and screws)

I did 2 inches erect length in a year. Went from 6 1/2 to 8 1/2.

No, it is not realistic. Everyone is built differently. All I achieved was expanding near to my biological maximum. I didn't grow anything past that.

But it's good to know where my maximum is as a bench mark to see if any gains are actually made, what did I do to achieve them.

Lowest risk + biggest reward for the 1st year will be tension hanging w incremental weight increase between 1 to 5 lbs for length and pumping for girth (tube 1/4 to 1/2 larger than current girth).
 
Most of us here can confirm for those who just started on the PE journey. The tissues are not dense, and they are ready to be trained very quickly. If you're one of those, "I'll work real hard in 3 months, and if I don't see results, I'll just stop". It will take a disciplined and consistent routine approach daily to obtain what you get in a year. Don't expect the penis to go from 0 to 1in in 3 months, 6 months, or 9 months. You will see progressive gains, but it will take your dedication to get the gains. There is no taking shortcuts. There is no cutting corners. There is no "cheating" your ways to the gains.

And yes, I've gained over an inch after a year worth of discipline girth AND length routine. If you're chasing after girth, you can achieve it a bit faster than a combo of both.
Absofuckinglutely! Spent 3 to 6 hours on hanging and pumping every single day for an entire year to gain 2 inches.

It causes narrow form shockwaves, so... similar to let's say for a relatable analogy like a water nozzle. Radial burst, similar to the mist setting does nothing, what does work in clinical settings is the jet stream which is far more narrow and only affects a small specific area and can easily cause cuts or tears in tissue if the intensity is too high.

I still don't understand what affect it would have but at $10,000 per device I dont know if I care that much. Although, I am theorizing a device in my mind like a cylinder which goes around the penis with hundreds of these things then you could target everything and just nuke your entire D at 4hz or what ever the safe range is for a couple seconds. Mad scientist style.

Slow Squash Jelqing is great for internal expansion, but doing by itself may not offer you the gains you want to get. Internal expansion is simply one level of training exercises. For example:

SSJ to expand internally.
Pumping to force internal expansion to get larger by using negative pressure.
Using other jelqing methods to further push the internal expansion, such as Horse Jelq, Power Squeeze (not letting the blood out for 20 seconds), C-Jelq, erect jelqing, or simply fast jelqing in a semi-erect state to initiate larger blood flow, is commonly considered an angiogenesis method.

It's all about how much you want to gain your girth using the manual method, or even introduce a 5x5x3 routine. Basic approach is 5 minutes of SSJ, followed by 5 minutes of pumping, and doing it for 3 sets. But for SSJ alone, you have to switch to a minimum of 10 sets of SSJ, holding the blood in an expansion state for around 30 to 60 seconds, and repeat.

TRT -Testosterone Replacement Therapy.

No I did not pursue TRT using DHT or HGH or HcG or Enclomiphine. IMO the potential gains (only like 0.5 inches) do not outweigh the risks or toll it could take on your entire body. If the effects were only localized and did not have potential for systemic cancerous growth I would try it.

What I learned is that Androgen receptors, which take testosterone and signal smooth muscle tissue hyperplasia growth during puberty, close growth signaling at the end of puberty and can NEVER be reopened again ever no matter what you do. This is due to genetic coding. You would need to know the exact sequence of turning hundreds or thousands of pubescent genes back on through gene editing and then have to be able to turn them back off again.

Actually growing, like truly growing new cells past puberty as an adult is quite literally impossible, and is not a testosterone issue but is a gene issue. Anyone who says differently is either lying or mistaking hypertrophy + extra cellular rematrixing (stretching and rearranging your existing cells to their limit) for hyperplasia (actual cell growth). Hypertrophy + ECM has a limit typically between 1 and 3 inches and hyperplasia stops entirely around the age of 19.

This is why you should always have realistic expectations. Gaining an additional 6 inches past puberty is a physical impossibility for 99% of all men unless their hypertrophy potential allows it. Maybe we might have something some sort of functional gene editing method for penile growth which works 20 to 50 years from now. Modern science has no way to edit your penile growth genes without seriously fucking all your shit up head to toe.

@9.5inchpro i haven't given up. I'm going to try to get to 9 or more. Truly hit my maximum. The routine im currently developing and looking to start January 1st will be 100% focused on length gain by hypertrophic response and ECM healing. Gains are solidified by healing during rest and not while under constant strain. The tunica takes about 72-96 hours to properly heal. Basically a low incremental weight long time hang exercise followed by a 20 minute pump the next day followed by a full day of rest after, plus my ridiculous peptide and supplement stack. We'll see how it goes. I should know if its working between April and June.

so much infos and knowledge here, in your opinion, is this growing phase can be stretched past 21 years old? im 27 and i just started to grow chest hair + a beard, when i touch a dumblell people think im using steroids

It all depends on puberty. Puberty is typically between 10-19 years of age. A delayed start for boys would be 14. I was about 13 myself when I started. At 27 the growth phase would be over. You can always still stretch and remodel your tissues over a couple years to gain a couple inches though.

As a side note penis tissue is referred to as smooth muscle. Its collagen and has more in common with your intestinal lining or the cartridge in your ear than it does with your bicep, which is skeletal muscle. This is why it can take years to stretch it and doesn't bulk up like a bicep does if you do penis exercises.

Very good analysis. There are no muscles in the penis, but smooth muscle tissue. There is no real way of affecting that. So we need to go for growth oriented exercise to complete our growth

For those who experience belated puberty, or unique multi-modal puberty stages, they can go far into their 30s. Plenty of documented cases on this. You are right that we practically have to reprogram our hard coded DNA for growth potential, but as you pointed out, tissue remodeling can infact be done past puberty ages. 6in can be done, but when the body recognizes potential tissue corruption or detrimental anomaly that the body cannot support, it will either slow down or stop intermittently until the turnover phases allow the soft tissues to proceed without detectable anomalies.

So, don't give up. Keep going.

Similar to breast tissues under strains, those that have children tend to gain larger sizes over time especially during breast feeding period of 6 to 11 months. My wife went from C to DD. Just like breasts, penis can infact grow if you allow it to be under constant strains. Unlike breasts where the volumes of fluid constantly inflate the breasts over the very long period of time. We can't do that with the penis for girth or restrict the expansion volume using girth restrain in a cylindrical container to force length. That is a crazy ton of PRP injections into the tunica and septum to make that happen.

I was not aware that TRT had cancer issues though
I should be specific. TRT can accelerate cancer growth if you already have it. Even at beginning stages but TRT by itself is not going to cause cancer. If you skip TRT and jump into any sort of growth hormone is where cancer can develop. Many men on TRT take HCG to slow or prevent testicular atrophy which also can accelerate certain cancers. TRT makes your balls shrink and one of the most common side effects of TRT is infertility, as the testes stop producing sperm as they shrink, infertility can be temporary but there is a risk of it becoming permanent. TRT also raises the risk for blood clots and stroke though so you shouldn't be doing pumping or clamping at all while on TRT. Balding is also a very common side effect as well. It will also increase estrogen levels and can lead to breast development.

At maybe 0.5 inches of additional gain and the amount of additional shit you would have to rake just to counteract the side effects of TRT the risk doesn't really equal the reward IMO.

I started puberty, at the age of ten and I think that's since I started.So early and I was so aggressive.It gave me a larger than average size penis by one and a half inches.

Supplements are a VERY good business to be in right now.

This is my current supplement stack. I have listed only the ones which affect testosterone either by directly increasing or regulating testosterone, or indirectly by supporting the systems which create and regulate testosterone. Many of the indirect supplements help with libido and ED. It would probably be cheaper just to take viagra but I appreciate all the other benefits supplements give. There is a lot of overlap here and I don't take all of them on the same day. Some I even cycle 1 month on 1 month off.

If you're interested I would recommend just copying and pasting into chatgpt and asking it to optimize a daily supplement stack (top 3/5/10) to specificly benefit or optimize a penis enlargement routine.

When I wrap there’s always a slight pull back. Getting full traction is difficult. How important is full traction compared to almost full traction for length gains? I’ve told you guys before I have a good comfortable wrap but I want to make sure I’m getting everything out of it.

I mostly just did vacuum hanging and pumping. Did clamping for about 3 months and would only wrap when using a compression device. Frankly speaking if a workout required wrapping it was a deterent because I don't have the patience.

If you are using pulling exercises, a full traction pulling strength is required, but the last sets should be a moderate and a light pulling set. The initial set can be light, or moderate pulling strength, while the middle sets should be high tension pulling. This is a dynamic pulling. As @MickeyDeese point out, you don't need to put so much strength in the pulls for all sets that it comes back to cause you retraction. It's about easing in, stressing the tissues, and easing out to prevent the tissues from going into shocks.

If you are talking about wrapping at the very end to keep things elongated, as long as you can keep the traction with the wrapping around 900g to 1.1kg, you are good. That is considered as a full traction. This is required for faster gains.

If the discussion is a bit confusing, do identify the confusion so we can clear things up.

If you can push the wrapping to get a bit more traction pull, yes, go for it. But make sure not to wrap too tightly where blood flow is too restricted. If you can wrap tight, not overly tightly, but still manage to see good blood flow in the glans at the highest pulling traction for the wrap, you are in great shape.

Finished my 3 week decon. Fuck that was rough staying away. Started the new routine tonight. Its a bit more intense than what I did last year. Did what I felt was a light set 5 hours ago and the base of my D is ever so lightly sore. Its going to take a little experimenting to get this figured out. We'll see how i feel tomorrow. If I'm still sore then the weight was too heavy, if I'm feeling good then the weight was good and ill add like 15 minutes to the hang time.

January 2, 2026 bpsfl pre-measurement: 23.2 cm. Didn't get a post measurement.

Took Vardenafil to get a steel hard hour long erection. Did 45 minutes erect hanging w 5 lbs. I then got distracted... had sex twice... then watched a game show with my wife. Erect hanging is a different beast. Like I said, 5 hours later and I'm slightly sore. I'm glad I stopped when I did cause I can feel how I could have easily caused injury.

Tomorrow will be ADS and a very light r.i.p. pump in the bath which will end the second I see or feel edema.

This routine will seem easy or light to some, especially to the rip your dick off with constant exercise strategies. I will be testing the signaling for collagen remodeling/rematrixing from the +5% strain and ligament stretch under tension of erect hanging. Then prioritizing not reseting that signal while allowing for the full 72 to 96 hour healing and recovery phase under minimal ADS tension. Erect hanging sessions will be only twice a week. I think I can get away with Mondays and Fridays.

Very different approach from last year which was inadvertently mostly tissue conditioning and testing my personal tissue limits. Outside a few very minor urethral tears I thankfully I did not cause any permanent injuries or fibrosis (that I'm aware of).

We're about 22 hours out from the start of yesterday's exercise. No soreness, just the very occasional ping or pinch. Every time I woke up last night I had a raging erection. The fact I am still feeling minor pinches to me this means I am right on the border of too much time or too much weight. Of course I would do that because my impatient ass wants to go all in as quickly as possible. Always pushing the boundaries of what I should do physically. I think I will decrease to 1.5kg or ~3.3lbs on Monday and do the full hour erect hang.

I'll describe the soreness again for anyone as crazy as I am to try this. The ligaments at the base of my penis on top and the area just behind my testicles is where I felt it. Ever so mildly sore and it went away overnight while I slept. Probably within 9 hours because I do not recall feeling it when I woke up to pee. Its the slight pinches I'm still feeling every few hours though that tells me it was just a little too much.

When there's a miscommunication or delayed communication, the body sends more constant pings along the specific nerve branch to detect possible damage.

You probably went a bit more than the body was able to maintain structural integrity, and there's a stretch on the nerve branch from the hanging, possibly causin a slight fray on the nerve branch. Just reduce by a bit to see. If you go down too much, you will not feel anything. Adjust up just a bit in the following routine.

But overall, your exercises signaled the redevelopment of the penile tissues, causing more resources and functions to be diverted to the reproductive structures. You may have felt a bit something off when the body diverted the resources elsewhere, like a bit of tiredness. But overall, your erection quality is improving. This is great news. If it continues, this trend will reinvigorate your sexual health quite a bit.

Home made. I have the setup posted earlier in this thread.

A swivel pulley screwed under my desk, a paracord cut to length, two knots at each end with an "S" hook, one hook attaches to the vacuum cup and the other attaches to the weight(s). I can sit at my desk, swivel in my chair to hit different angels and the vacuum cup means I can wear it longer than a compression hanger.

Cost breakdown: Pulley, parachord, and hooks cost maybe $15. The rig was very inexpensive.
The vacuum cup and sleeves cost $40. Brand name doesn't matter but I do prefer FcknMint sleeves on Etsy.
The weights is where it can get expensive. Four 250g hook weights $20. One 1000g hook weight $40. Then a 5lbs weight from my home gym.

I figured it was too much weight. Thankfully I only got that pinging sensation 3 or 4 times yesterday. Haven't felt any ping today. Still, nerve damage is something I want to avoid at all costs. There's no coming back from that. I'll drop down to 1.5kg (3.3lbs) for the workout tomorrow.

Exactly a 5% increase.

Looks like I did lose about 0.4cm stretched flaccid length during the 4 months of girth workouts I just finished. Not too concerned. I figure it will come back quickly as I increase weight and time during these straight out erect hangs. Once again the base of my penis around the pelvic bone and underneath behind my sac is sore but not painful which is a good sign.
 
No need to worry about it. The reduction is merely a readjustment of the plasticity loadout. Something like a recalibration to future remodeling of the tissues by the body. Plenty of data for similar breast soft tissue augmentation.

Think about a balloon being stretched to the limit length wise and expansion wise for a long period of time. The stresses already cause the balloon to yield to the changes, but when you let the balloon relaxes from the stretched state, it shrinks a bit. This doesn't mean the balloon returns back to its previous state. It merely returns to the optimal conditions without causing the entire structure to fail. You can say it's reserving itself from failing until it needs to be stretched to the max again, without breaking.

Whew... ok... took a little more Vardenafil than usual and had the hardest erection I've felt in years. Its been 1 1/2 hours and its not entirely gone.

Pre-bpsfl: 23.2cm

1 hour hang @ 4 4lbs (2000g or 2kg - slight increase from 3.3lbs)

Since I still have a semi erection I can't measure post bpsfl... but I did measure BPEL immediately after the hour workout.

Post BPEL: 21.8 cm (8.6 in)

New highest measurement! My previous bpel was 21.4 back in mid October. Only 3 workouts so far with low weight erect hanging and ADS on the days between, no bpsfl change, but already a difference in erect length... that's wild!

My D is sore from maintaining a 1 1/2 hour erection though. Going to use less meds next time.

How's your heart rate during the peak of Vardenafil, roughly around 45 minutes in?

Not too bad. It lowers blood pressure but I haven't felt anything weird.

I exercise every day, including a 30 minute run. My cardio is better than most for my age. I've also started taking my supplements every other day instead of every day, and only after the work out on the days I'm taking Vardenafil. And let me be clear on this, I don't need Vardenafil. I dont have ED. I lied to my doctor so I could get a prescription specifically to do erect hangs. But he has my medical file and has been my doctor for over a decade and gave me the prescription without much concern.
