+ 2"L + 1"G (1 year progress thread)

After 2 weeks of erect hanging every 3 days, no gains on bpsfl. What I am seeing is erect length consolidating to fill in the gap between bpel and bpsfl. I believe the 0.4cm gain in bpel from October to the beginning of January was mostly pumping. I have gained another 0.1cm erect length in the last 2 weeks. Sitting easily at 8.7 inches. Had sex last night and can feel the difference which is so bizarre. Before I was flicking the cervix with deep thrusts, now my head is pressing against it with every thrust. The added stimulation makes it far more difficult to hold out. Doesn't matter, the wife had her first orgasm in under 2 minutes which im trying not to be smug about. It is nice knowing she is appreciative of the ridiculous amount of work I've put in.

Erect hanging has definitely found its place in the long term routine.
• 1-6 months is conditioning tissue to all forces on different days: 30 minutes of manuals daily, followed by two workouts: girth (5min x4 clamping), girth (20 min wide tube bath pumping), consolidation (20 min snug tube pumping), length (60 minutes bundled extender), length (15-30 min lengthmaster), length (60 min incremental weight hanging)
• 6-12 months is length work: hanging 2 to 6 hours five days a week, ADS 3 days week, wide tube bath pump twice weekly.
• 13-16 is girth work to gather tissue to elongate again (or that's what the theory was): wide tube bath pump 5 days weekly, snug tube pump 2 days weekly.
• 17-20 months erect hanging to consolidate erect length.
• 21-24 months... not too sure but I may go heavy into clamping.

Been asking chatgpt to analyze various studies and provide a hypothetical range for gains of a highly experimental program. Which frankly speaking I could never afford so this is purely speculative. Based in science but entirely hypothetical.

• pxs-5505 cycling
• hcg cycling
• igef des cycling
• monthly prp shots
• vacuum pumping
• ads
• ir heat wrap
• leswt treatments
• incremental weight hanging

in one year, according to the data interpreted by chatgpt, I could go from 22cm to 25.8cm (24.2 realistically) erect length. Basically from 8.6 inches to 10.2 inches in 1 year. . . Now just to come up with like $50k lol.

I did 2 inches erect length in a year. Went from 6 1/2 to 8 1/2.

No, it is not realistic. Everyone is built differently. All I achieved was expanding near to my biological maximum. I didn't grow anything past that.

But it's good to know where my maximum is as a bench mark to see if any gains are actually made, what did I do to achieve them.

Lowest risk + biggest reward for the 1st year will be tension hanging w incremental weight increase between 1 to 5 lbs for length and pumping for girth (tube 1/4 to 1/2 larger than current girth).
This is insane congrats, I'm in 'similar' boat 12 months done PE from 6-8.5 stretch length though. My gap of BPEL to FSL is high... thinking this year after year 2, hitting goal of 9 or 9.5 FSL. Did you hang mostly and pump or extend to hit 8.5?

Been using a combo of the epic vibration mount and a red light heat wrap. The vibration is absolutely helping. I'm hitting what feels like max plasticity within a couple hours which allows for heavier weight. Vacuum cups do not allow for a lot but still 10lbs is double 5lbs, which is what I usually do. The heat wrap is... well I'm still figuring it out. The heat obviously penetrates as my whole dick is warm when I take it off. The concerning aspect is the shaft sensitivity. I keep lowering the temperature to the lowest setting 30°C but still get these few and far between split second shocks of pain hours after I've stopped the workout.

Results were almost immediate. Less than two weeks and I'm already hitting +0.5 cm. Fairly certain I hit 24.7 cm today. It was 24.8 but I always take the lesser number as a certainty. Which is just... what the fuck!? Shocking for me because it happened so suddenly and out of nowhere. I haven't been doing anything differently other than adding low vibration and low heat when hanging... my tongkat ali + L-carnitine + maca root combo I've been taking for the last month might also be kicking in. I'm hoping the sensitivity in my shaft is from the heat wrap and not that I've stretched too much too quickly. I think I'm going to stick with 5 lbs or less going forward.
Reading your post of 2" 6.5-8.5 is inspiring. You're using a heat wrap or lamp next to your unit when you hang? I'm in similar position 4-6 IBS hanging now, but it's the fully blunt of the weight in year 2. Also using a heat IR lamp but its quite wonky moving around. Feels great though. And congrats on almost 25 CM in FSL im assuming LOL? that's nearly 10!

Done with the 1 week decon. Just finished a 6 hour hang at 2.2 lbs (1000 g) to my surprise I hit a post bpsfl of 24.6 cm. A decon was exactly what was needed.

I did see a bit of petechiae on my glans which I typically do not have.

Still tracking post measurements in chatgpt. I've added the generated graph with the projected 60 day result. If I continue gaining at the similar yet slower rate I have been the last 3 months then I should hit 10 inches (25.4 cm) bpsfl by the end of the year. As gains have been extremely slow I am very skeptical. We shall see.
Wow you're only hanging 2ibs and hitting nearly 24.5-25 CM? WTF? What was your FSL and BPEL assuming your post said your 2 years into PE or less?

Remember, it doesn't require extreme heavy weight to create tissue remodeling effects. It requires heavy weights at the start to initiate the stress load to break the tissue bonds. But it only takes around 1kg (2.2lbs) to continuously break tissue bond for constant tissue reformation for gains. We mistakenly pursue super heavy weights of 10lbs or more for a short period of time and call it done. In reality, it only takes 20 to 40 minutes at moderate and high weights, and hours with light weights to keep things rolling. This has already been proven over the decades.

What do you think the perfect hanging routine should be? Meaning, how long till they go to the next wait. And how much wait that is

Think about the amount of data we've collected so far, and the brothers reported on their current journey in PE. Let's break things down.

New with a fresh start:

You definitely have the ones that started out, fresh, ready to have tissues remodeled without prior influences. This is the easiest and most important phase of their PE journey. These brothers are having a blanks slate. This is a true blessing. SRT is the way to start, initiating their new tissue reformation stages. They need to get their tissues primed through the SRT newbie routines to acclimate, and if they like, start with the original fundametal rules of 0.5lb incrementation increase PER 4 to 6 weeks. However, we saw much more significant changes based on collected data that if they start light, which is 2.5lbs to 3lbs to in their first month for 20 minutes, and continue onto the second and third month going towards 3.5lbs to 4lbs as moderate-high weight according at their level for 30 minutes, and back to 2.5lbs as long term hanging into the hours, their penile tissues are less likely to suffer stresses. Let's say 6 to 9 months into the SRT and hanging routine, they achieve their highest at 7lbs or even 8lbs, this is where static hanging at 7lbs or 8lbs for longer hours is a massive NO NO.

** bundled is a must **

Always keep the tissues heated to promote malleability and plasticity at all time. We already established the facts that hanging static is worst choice anyone can make, causing the tissues to go from reformation and elasticity to stressed and tug-back/turtle effects. We have brothers that have been experimenting in the recent days without any gains for months on end, but the light weight for 10 to 15 minutes, moderate (which is half the heaviest weight) for 10 to 15 minutes, up to high for 20 to 25 minutes, and back down to light between 2.5lbs and 3lbs for hours on end, there's a faster remodeling effects without the tug-back/turtling. Extender and ADS using dynamic tensions is the best for the 2.5lbs to 3lbs constant loading. If the ADS is worn around the neck or around the waist to optimize the traction load at 2.5lbs and 3lbs, with sudden tension up to 10lbs during movement, the tissues respond as "sexual exertion" rather than " injury detection", causing the tissues to heal faster and initiate new growth to accommodate the sexual excitement. This is supported by the sexual sciences in the world of sexology and sexual psychology.

Intermediate with at least 12 months in proper PE practices:

This is where most of the brothers that already gone through some form of PE, be the bad practices or the proper ones. The hanging should still follow the SRT methods of incremental weight loading. However, the weight loading shouldn't be exceeding a total of 15lbs. If the brothers already reach 15lbs in some form after years of practices, 15lbs more higher is still way too much. Limit to 15lbs. So, it goes something like:

** bundled whenever possible, and should be a practice **
3lbs for 5 minutes to warm up > keep the tissues heated.
5lbs for 5 minutes to generate elasticity > keep the tissues heated.
8lbs for 10 minutes to invoke malleability > keep the tissues heated
13 to 15lbs for 25 minutes to provoke plasticity > keep the tissues heated
Reduce to 8lbs for 15 minutes to maintain plasticity and malleability > keep the tissues heated
Reduce to 3lbs for as long as possible > pushing tissues into remodeling phases as healing processes continued while keeping tissues heated.

Advanced with at least 24 months of proper PE practices, or not:

For most of us, we're a lost cause because we were the first generation of self-experimenters. We've done too much work on ourselves and caused too many issues to provoke hard plateaus. So far, the so called hard gainers are coming through with light gains using the same methods of light > moderate > heavy > moderate > light approach, with constant heat application throughout the entire time. This is no exception. Heat must be constantly applied. Heat can be an IR LED source, a motorcycle heating handle using heating elements, or even a constant heat source from a blowing heating source like a heating fan. It doesn't matter. Heat must be present. And at the very end, an active traction load is required at 2.75lbs to 3lbs. No exception.

** bundled, bundled, bundled like your life depends on it because of the thicken tissues **
3lbs for 5 minutes to warm up > keep the tissues heated.
5lbs for 10 minutes to generate elasticity > keep the tissues heated.
5lbs to 7lbs for 15 minutes to invoke malleability > keep the tissues heated
10lbs for 15 minutes to provoke plasticity > keep the tissues heated
15 to 25lbs for 10 minutes to promote sudden tears to initiate elastic reformation > keep tissues heated
Reduce to 6lbs for 25 minutes to maintain plasticity and malleability > keep the tissues heated
Reduce to 2.75lbs and 3lbs for as long as possible > pushing tissues into remodeling phases as healing processes continued while keeping tissues warm or heated.

More and more data is coming in supporting this.
