What do you think the perfect
hanging routine should be? Meaning, how long till they go to the next wait. And how much wait that is
Think about the amount of data we've collected so far, and the brothers reported on their current journey in PE. Let's break things down.
New with a fresh start:
You definitely have the ones that started out, fresh, ready to have tissues remodeled without prior influences. This is the easiest and most important phase of their PE journey. These brothers are having a blanks slate. This is a true blessing.
SRT is the way to start, initiating their new tissue reformation stages. They need to get their tissues primed through the
SRT newbie routines to acclimate, and if they like, start with the original fundametal rules of 0.5lb incrementation increase PER 4 to 6 weeks. However, we saw much more significant changes based on collected data that if they start light, which is 2.5lbs to 3lbs to in their first month for 20 minutes, and continue onto the second and third month going towards 3.5lbs to 4lbs as moderate-high
weight according at their level for 30 minutes, and back to 2.5lbs as long term
hanging into the hours, their penile tissues are less likely to suffer stresses. Let's say 6 to 9 months into the
SRT and
hanging routine, they achieve their highest at 7lbs or even 8lbs, this is where static
hanging at 7lbs or 8lbs for longer hours is a massive NO NO.
** bundled is a must **
Always keep the tissues heated to promote malleability and plasticity at all time. We already established the facts that
hanging static is worst choice anyone can make, causing the tissues to go from reformation and elasticity to stressed and tug-back/turtle effects. We have brothers that have been experimenting in the recent days without any gains for months on end, but the light
weight for 10 to 15 minutes, moderate (which is half the heaviest
weight) for 10 to 15 minutes, up to high for 20 to 25 minutes, and back down to light between 2.5lbs and 3lbs for hours on end, there's a faster remodeling effects without the tug-back/turtling. Extender and ADS using dynamic tensions is the best for the 2.5lbs to 3lbs constant loading. If the ADS is worn around the neck or around the waist to optimize the traction load at 2.5lbs and 3lbs, with sudden tension up to 10lbs during movement, the tissues respond as "sexual exertion" rather than " injury detection", causing the tissues to heal faster and initiate new growth to accommodate the sexual excitement. This is supported by the sexual sciences in the world of sexology and sexual psychology.
Intermediate with at least 12 months in proper PE practices:
This is where most of the brothers that already gone through some form of PE, be the bad practices or the proper ones. The
hanging should still follow the
SRT methods of incremental
weight loading. However, the
weight loading shouldn't be exceeding a total of 15lbs. If the brothers already reach 15lbs in some form after years of practices, 15lbs more higher is still way too much. Limit to 15lbs. So, it goes something like:
** bundled whenever possible, and should be a practice **
3lbs for 5 minutes to warm up > keep the tissues heated.
5lbs for 5 minutes to generate elasticity > keep the tissues heated.
8lbs for 10 minutes to invoke malleability > keep the tissues heated
13 to 15lbs for 25 minutes to provoke plasticity > keep the tissues heated
Reduce to 8lbs for 15 minutes to maintain plasticity and malleability > keep the tissues heated
Reduce to 3lbs for as long as possible > pushing tissues into remodeling phases as healing processes continued while keeping tissues heated.
Advanced with at least 24 months of proper PE practices, or not:
For most of us, we're a lost cause because we were the first generation of self-experimenters. We've done too much work on ourselves and caused too many issues to provoke hard plateaus. So far, the so called hard gainers are coming through with light gains using the same methods of light > moderate > heavy > moderate > light approach, with constant heat application throughout the entire time. This is no exception. Heat must be constantly applied. Heat can be an IR LED source, a motorcycle heating handle using heating elements, or even a constant heat source from a blowing heating source like a heating fan. It doesn't matter. Heat must be present. And at the very end, an active traction load is required at 2.75lbs to 3lbs. No exception.
** bundled, bundled, bundled like your life depends on it because of the thicken tissues **
3lbs for 5 minutes to warm up > keep the tissues heated.
5lbs for 10 minutes to generate elasticity > keep the tissues heated.
5lbs to 7lbs for 15 minutes to invoke malleability > keep the tissues heated
10lbs for 15 minutes to provoke plasticity > keep the tissues heated
15 to 25lbs for 10 minutes to promote sudden tears to initiate elastic reformation > keep tissues heated
Reduce to 6lbs for 25 minutes to maintain plasticity and malleability > keep the tissues heated
Reduce to 2.75lbs and 3lbs for as long as possible > pushing tissues into remodeling phases as healing processes continued while keeping tissues warm or heated.
More and more data is coming in supporting this.
