@DLD you know I have followed many routines and tried a bunch of exercises from jelqing to basic stretching,bundled stretching, stretching "variations" SSJ,Lenght master routines etc noticing temporary results so far. Basically I haven't had noticeable permanent gains..
Right now I only have a power assist.Im interested in just bundled stretching and Ssj
Since I don't have much time.Besides I don't think the tunica is not deformed enough yet. could I still get gains from bundled stretching and ssj. WDYT?
How long is it a reasonable time to switch to another routine..?3 months?
