Everyday I have to be thankful for that, the more I think about God his wisdom and his love.The more I realize I'm his chosen son. He loves me and takes care of me.Lately it's been easier for me to understand that people don't want to accept the love and care God has to give them.Now I understand why I can't see things the way some people see them..

@DLD you know I have followed many routines and tried a bunch of exercises from jelqing to basic stretching,bundled stretching, stretching "variations" SSJ,Lenght master routines etc noticing temporary results so far. Basically I haven't had noticeable permanent gains..

Right now I only have a power assist.Im interested in just bundled stretching and Ssj
Since I don't have much time.Besides I don't think the tunica is not deformed enough yet. could I still get gains from bundled stretching and ssj. WDYT?

How long is it a reasonable time to switch to another routine..?3 months?

Deformation is a must to push for growth phases through repairs. Without deformation, the tissues cannot be initiated. It's like working on a 5lbs dumbbell for the same amount of reps when your muscles are able lift 40lbs with the se amount of reps without breaking a sweat.

You can literally feel the needs for routine change within HR 1st months, at the latest the 2nd month, and at most, around 4 months. If you cannot feel any change at all after the first, second, or even the third month, time to switch up the routine and intensity. Remember that the intensity can either be increased or decreased based on methods of attack. An example: when the penile shaft is twisted 360 degrees compared to 180 degrees, the intensity for the pull or tug is only half to a third because of the tissues already under contortion stress. If your penile shaft is being pulled at an optimal angle backward vs downward, the pulling force is definitely less.

Mike explained me that wasn't easy to send the device since it could be hard to get to that area.Id like to buy one in a few months and get another address to get the device.In the meantime id continue with the powerassist seems to be an underrated device but is quite useful.Id like to see if I get mid term results using just the powerassist.. As I re-read it I have a clearer view of how to have better results and gains.I have been trying a bunch of exercises though I have not had a remarkable change nor the gains I want . Although I'm 7" bpel I still feel small 🦐..The hardest part is consistency 😆.I have my routine all set, all I have to do now is continue get my hands to work..As soon as I notice my routine isn't working I got to create a new one.. Thanks

I have been busy and tired as f...
But I have to give myself a Xmas gift sort of .. 😆 Can I gain if I exercise 3 or 4 days a week until December 31st? I think is a worthy investment.I know gains depend on intensity time,etc but is it possible to gain an inch in length WDYT?

I have to acknowledge that PE is a marathon not a sprint..Acknowledging that if I want to get bigger I should change the mindset,among other things🫠.I really need to commit to PE not only to get a bigger cock.Commitment to PE is going to help out to thrive in many ways.Improve my life.I haven't figured out how to PE as often as possible,I have to take a step everyday.I feel so frustrated of seeing myself not getting bigger..
