1 strech and temporary .5 flaccid gain

I have a theory but want to hear peoples opinions. im 4.00 flaccid and when I do 1 hard strech downwards I go to 4.5 flaccid. Does this happen to anyone else????

When doing this it couldnt be the work of the ligaments being streched... It would be the tunica.

So if this happens to some people maybe their best thing to focus on would be tunica streching

A penis is naturally pretty stretchy. I have an erect measurement of 7.5. My normal, every day walking around flaccid is probably about 4.5. One good pull, however, and it can go to 5.0 and maybe even up to 5.5, if I got a good half-chubby going. I think that's a pretty standard thing for most guys.
